This is my latest visit to this Hotel and now they have upgraded every single thing here. The owner is taking special care about the comfort of the guests. May sound unbelievable but as a gesture the owner’s wife even prepared yummy food for us. Staying here is recommended. Thanks

I have been there in September last. I stayed in room no. 215 & 216. Property is good, room are spacious & location is good. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food service is also good The lady standing is reception is very helpful. Overall it is a great experience to stay with Silver Tree Inn.

A good hotel in serene place of Bhimtal with all amenities and good services especially food. All staff contributed their good services. Recommended to nature lovers. Around the hotel you fill find scenic beauty of hill greenery.

I stayed at Silver Tree in with family for three days i.e 12th August 2017 to 14th August 2017.  We enjoyed the stay very much. Rooms were spacious, clean and ventilated. New property away from Lake view but is very peaceful and having great ambience.  Look wise it was like a big resort. Food was  very good, particularly the presentation though we could taste breakfast only in hotel. Room service excellent. staff was very cooperative and humble. 

In the night, hotel looks more beautiful.

Only one thing was regrettable at the end of the booking staff. We booked it on 3rd August 2017 and preferred first floor and it was confirmed by the booking staff but when we checked in, we were surprised for not getting the first floor rooms. These were given to some other party. Other than this, the whole trip was splendid. I will not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great Stay at Silver Tree Inn

We have just visited in hotel (4/5/23,5/5/23)the staff was good but about cleanliness it was worst u won't able to stay in peace.They need to focus on cleaning.interior is good but not maintain properly.even switch board  were not working  tv are provided in rooms but not working.

I don't suggest to stay 

Sitatued at a good location, staff has been courteous enough. However some work needs to be done to keep them upto the mark, was assured better service by the owner Shalu. 

Will drop by someday soon - Overall, happy visit & experience-tx

Review of the prop

The hotel is listed on agoda.com, so we booked through them. Apparantly the rate was low and hotel onwer didn't like it. So she refused to give us rooms. 
She said 'pay at hotel' option is not available for her hotel, yet at Agoda, this option was ofcourse available. 

She then said there are no room, yet when I tried to book room from their website, there were rooms available. 

If the hotel is listed on such a website, they should honor the booking.  

Point to note is that we were stuck in bhimtal during a rainstorm and the behaviour of the owner was nothing but exploitative. She obviously wanted more money without considering how it would endanger other people.

Avoid hotel incase you don't want to ruin your travels.

The hotel is listed on OYO and as we arrived at the hotel he denied, manager denied us entry saying no online bookings are allowed in this hotel, and I had to pay 1500 extra to what i have already paid through OYO, we waited for 2 hours to resolve the issue to which we couldn't find any solution and reached an ultimatum.

Terrible experience to start our trip with this hotel

We stayed here for 2 days. We had a very bad experience. There was nobody available to carry our luggage to the first floor. We were told the driver of our vehicle was expected to carry the luggage. 
The bathrooms were dirty and stinking. Blankets were dirty. 
Most important, the manager behaves very badly. When we pointed out that a bathroom fixture was broken, he started accusing us!
Breakfast was already paid for as a part of package, but we were told we could have either alu paratha or poori sabji, not both.
Our room (204) did not have a cupboard, not even a hook to hang clothes.
A really horrible experience.
