Palace Guest House

The location of this place is excellent. It is very near to mysore palace. This is located in main street of mysore. The room was in size. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Hot water was there in room. Service was ok. Front office was small but well decorated. Budgeted hotel and can find good deal on internet.

Budgeted place with nice location

Booked through booking.com as they have offered special 355 discount on the tariff card. But actual tariff is very very low. The receptionist showed the actual tariff card in the morning and I was shocked  to see the delux room tariff is just 1500  for which i paid 2500 + 19% tax  after 35% discount ... this is absolute cheating by booking.com and teh palace guest house

apart from that the hotel is ok place if you could get the offline booking made at 1500/- its worth for 1500. location is good and you can get hot water only in teh morning. but when we pay 4000 we expect 24 hrs hot water. there is no restuarent and breakfast is charged 100/- for which they are getting some breakfast from the road side stall . we booked fro breakfast but denied after looking at the place they are getting it. 

room is ok and wash room is of low standard hotel. 

ovrall its not a right place for family trip . but for budget room of 1000/- its worth...

better to avoid and  also dont fall prey like me for heavy discount and booking.com stratergy
