1639 reviewsWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days with very good, refreshing n wonderful memories. We had booked the honeymoon suite which was too good for stay (much much better than few 5 star hotel at Mumbai). The location of the resort is awesome with beautiful view of valley from the hotel. After a tiring journey from airport to hotel when we entered the hotel we were welcomed wholeheartedly by the staff with nice garlands with super fragrance and smile and greetings from all staff members which made us feel extremely good. Staff was very friendly n polite and always greeted us with smile at any time of the day. They were very cooperative and service was extremely good including the cleanliness aspect everywhere inside the hotel. We both also liked one point with hotel's policy of reducing plastic waste as they did not have plastic bottles and plastic bags. View from the food area was like next level and superb. We use to spend nice time during breakfast and lunch with super tasty food along with nice pleasant atmosphere around. There were many activities which hotel had everyday and we tried to enjoy as many as possible. Special mention of one early morning tea garden trip by Mr.Philip (a must-do) which was awesome.
