The Western Blu Hotel

We booked 5 rooms for a Team visit and although we arrived late in night the Service was good and quick at reception with Welcome Drinks and quickly settled all rooms, The Breakfast Buffet choices were good to everyone tastes.

Great hotel for couples. Tasty food. Walking distance by Isbt
Ask them that you want a special welcome as you are honeymoon couple. And they will do as shown on pics with no extra charge. Recommend all. 

We were here for an engagement function. The name has changed to The Golden Oyster now. Hospitality was good. Some rooms are good but some are not. There was a room where bathroom was real bad. The suite rooms are good. 

Breakfast served was ok considering the place. They served upma, parantha, curd, bread, sandwitches, watermelon and fruit juice with coffee and tea. 

Service was good as whenever we needed anything, they surely tried to help in all ways.

Nice Hotel and Good Service

Nice hotel nice staff 

Good hotel at good price

TV/cable could nor work despite few efforts by the mechanic and no change for room
washroom full of mosquitoes;
no water/glass provided;
no spoon /plates to make tea;
shower non-functional;
all-time spillage in washroom;
dirty towels were provided.

It was horrible to stay for a single March 30-31 night for the price of Rs2250/-

i reached the hotel in the evening and still surprised to know that my room is still not ready and have to wait for 30-45 mins just to get my room.
after that the TV was not working and was told by the hotel guys to wait for 5 mins and the TV will be working.
we have to wait 1 hr and 30 mins for the same.
then the ac of the room was not working and the hotel staff gave the excuse that the wiring of the ac was destroyed by the other guest, but i was shocked to know that the hotel was central air conditioned.
i was so disturbed by the services of the hotel that i decided to check out as early as possible.
