Never ever, do the booking of this hotel nobody cooperative here, if you talk about manners or professional, so rude unprofessional people here,dirty WC and dirty shower cubical area shower glass,cheap bed like oyo room,nothing here. No reserve booking here you can find many options, but don't  do here.

STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!! The hotel was horrible everything was very dirty and thanks to agoda I couldn’t cancel booking and lost 8500 rupees as on agoda i paid in advance. Booked for 2 night but after seeing the hotel i decided to cancel booking and check out. And after checking out i asked them to cancel my booking for second day and they said you need to contact customer support from where you booked this hotel i said ok and checked out day before and when i reached out agoda customer support they couldn’t make contact with the hotel and offer me to stay there as my booking is still valid🙄

Horrible experience with agoda and with Hotel Cambay Grand Kukas

I have stayed 2 Nights here, services is very pathetic Ac not working Properly, fridge also not working, Tea kettle light indicator was not working, water is also not coming  many times in toilets. even for drinking water we have to go to reception which is almost 500 meter from our room.

Good Property with Worst Service

Its a humble request to everyone coming to jaipur to avoid this place. I dont have enough words to tell you guys how pathetic this property is. Oyo rooms are much better than rooms here. Service is below zero.

WORST PLACE IN JAIPUR

Cambay Grand Kukas gave me the absolute worst experience of my lifetime. They keep pushing to get the payment before the booking by making excuses like we need money for electricity and water and the once they receive the money they are noowhere to be found. The services were horrible, breakfast food was cold and inedible, there was no hot water in rooms during winter season forcing guests to take cold showers and even the bathroom flushes were not working. Absolute worse hospitality service and no action by management staff upon repeated complaints. 

Please avoid stay at the hotel.

its been my 2nd visit to cambay Grand after a year, I feel same freshness here good clean room, staff are veey friendly, tasty food , good service. I really feel Cambay Grand is my secind Home. Thank you team Cambay. always Miss you.

very beautiful and serene resort in jaipur, its situated on the delhi jaipur highway, rooms are really nicely done we really enjoy the food and their hospitality of cambay, we are really thankful to the Front Office Manager Mr.Bhardwaj for his hospitality, we surly visit again.

but sad that a great potential s deteroited..I felt sad that this was not a great choice in yjis corona hour but i wish them great luck.

not one of the best..

We stayed at cambay grand for two nights in the month of March! Though the hotel was packed with a group, the management and staff ensured that we were very well looked after. We were pampered with delicious food, upgrade and prompt response from the team! It was a great experience for us. I will like to especially mention Mr.Manish yadav hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend the hotel !!!
