This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed. First it does not look like a hotel. Generally any hotel will at least have a good reception to fool people but this does not have even that. It has shabby rooms dirty floors which is not cleaned even once in a week. the staff is unqualified and has no concern for the customers. The AC does not cool, the tap does not have water. When it was brought to there notice the staff told that the tank has not been cleaned for many days and may be blocked. It was as if they came to after I told them. I am writing this review so that it will help other people looking for rooms and not for the management to make any change. Management can continue with the loot but customers beware.

A great mistake

Not recommended for family at all. There is a bar in the hotel. If you go to the buffet, the smell of alcohol is so apparent. Rooms are old and facilities are poor. Taps were not working properly and too many mosquitoes. 

Avoid

This OYO place is located in the Gacchibowli area of hyderabad. Good place to stay if you have budget in mind. It has all the services amenities available that a basic hotel provides. Not a place to always stay but once a while its fine. 

The room I was staying had Rat in bathroom. When i made complaint to the desk they said they will give me another room but later denied. WORST experience ever. I would prefer Oyo next time. Disappointed by the way they handled my case. Wont try fabhotels ever.

The hotel approach road was under maintenance. The managers sitting in reception do not like to serve. Simple service like change of towels, free drinking water, anything which is part of your hotel stay, where there cannot be any charge is easily neglected. You have to phone 3-4 times. If you visit reception, the manager says go back to your room and phone. Never ever experienced such 'great service' in any hotel we stayed in our lifetime. Because they do not serve on contacting from room, you are tempted to visit reception. Again go to room and phone the reception. You must beg . You must plead.
The manager and staff attitude is such, you ask anything, they will flatly refuse to answer. Anything like, suggesting nearby visits, any help which is not part of hotel booking terms but sort of courtesy to guests, is rudely turned down.
