Burpeepal has this "GOOD VIBE". The home has all the five elements.
Uncluttered & clean, aesthetically pleasing interiors and spacious rooms. 

At Burpeepal we met very simple hosts and their smiling courteous accommodating staff. 
We enjoyed amazing food ( esp local home-cooked food ) here.

The place is surrounded with layered mountains and tall tress as far as eyes can see
sound of flowing stream and beauty of nature has this soothing effect.
You can also spot and hear a lot of birds in and around.

Loved the early dawn and early sundown and the silence.

We remember everything and everyone with fondness. It was our good fortune we chanced upon such place.

Burpeepal  -  a gem in east sikkim

The Burpeepal stay was an experience which will remain for quite a long time in our memories,
The property is a bit away from from the Gangtok and utter picturesque in all perspective, the hospitality was not less than star feeling with all the amusement facility, food was too good right from the breakfast to lunch and dinner the property owner are always happy to facilitate with all the requirements regarding comfort and peace of mind 
The nearby river which was five hundred meters away is a super refreshing experience.
The caretakers Mr Laco and the cook "Didi" was awesome to provide all which we asked for 
Food is too good 
least to mention the pets are so friendly that they give an idea of human being quite understanding.
The mornings at Burpeepal was mesmerizing with music of flowing river nearby and the chirping of birds in the valley.
I strongly recommend to all city dwellers to find sometimes from there busy schedule and spend sometime at Gangtok Burpeepal

The property is so beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The owner is very sweet and hospitable. Their staff is efficient and respectful. The food served was amazing. One of our best stays. Due to bad weather there was no electricity during our stay, but the invertor and generator ensured that we did not miss anything. 100 % recommend staying here. A bonus - they have very cute and friendly dogs . An unforgettable experience.

Located at the precipice of a lush valley, Burpeel enjoys gorgeous views all around. Mountains in the distance and a deep-sea of green descending far below. 

Its luxurious lawn will rejuvenate weary travelers. Take a seat, and lose yourself in the vista with a warm cuppa. Far from the clamor of the city, all you hear is the quiet sound of nature as the valley breeze washes over you and stunning views envelope you. Stay a moment, and you’ll find yourself wrapped in a serene solitude that is hard to leave behind.

Move indoors, and you will be met with a glorious rustic charm. Each corner is tastefully styled for a vintage appeal that suits the mood—leading you to feel teleported to another time of peace and solitude. 

The rooms offer a spacious, airy feel, especially with high ceilings. Expected standards of comfort and hygiene are well met. You will find good sleep and a quiet cocoon for rest and recovery within. 

With all that it offers, the resort is also home to a fantastic staff. Each member moves tirelessly, meeting all your requirements without skipping a beat. When addressed, they respond with a warm glow and a soft smile, always happy to serve and ensure your utmost satisfaction—a huge shoutout to Lepcha Ji for extending his generous hospitality and serving us teas and coffees non-stop. By the end of your stay, you will find they more than earn a handsome tip and your gratitude. 

Burpeel offered us a hands-down brilliant experience. In fact, we will definitely be revisiting this resort when we find ourselves in that part of Sikkim again. Even if it requires a detour, this amazing resort is well worth the visit. Highly recommended.

Tranquil and Comfortable!

Only once in a while, you come across a stay as pleasant as Burpeepal. 
From the immaculately clean rooms, manicured lawns , the wonderful view of the valley to the delightful stream that borders the property, the friendly dogs that lead you there , and the very large number and varieties of birds , everything about it marks it out as special. And even this is outdone by the hospitality of the hosts. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer .

A memorable stay !

Situated amidst nature,Burpeepal is bound to create lifetime memories! Its close to Gangtok, yet so far away from the din and  the bustle. If you want to experience the silent language of nature, Burpeepal is the place. Bird watching, taking walks in and around the property,or simply sitting in the lawn can be so mesmerizing! One seems to be one with nature in this property! What makes this stay memorabe are the owners, Mr and Mrs Pradhan! The place is wonderfully curated with refined taste, and has clearly taken so much thought of the owners!Their freindly nature makes this place even more attractive! Dr Mrs Pradhan didnt have to think twice before lending her Binoculars to me! During our stay there , I enjoyed the heavy showers from the balcony and watched the mountains get drenched .The staff are friendly and cooperative. The food is homely and served well. What adds extra dimension to this property are the three dogs, Dora, Jolly and Bhalu. Leaving them behind really makes one feel so sad! I believe , I will visit this property soon!

Review

This is a farm house situated 45 mins away from Gangtok in a small village called Nandok. The entire property is surrounded with beauty, peace and serenity. The sound of the river flowing just beside the property is so peaceful. The rooms were very clean, cozy and spacious. You have a big lawn where you can ask the owner to arrange for your own bonfire. The food was extremely delicious and homely. And you have Jolly, Bhalu and Dora (pet dogs) for a warm welcome. Overall, this is a place for someone who wants to cut-off from the daily chaos and wants to have a leisure adminst the scenic beauty of nature.

Amazing property!!

Pleasant stay, those who want to relax away from the city and enjoy nature, this place is perfect for them.Warm hearted host, fantastic food ,  Those who love dogs, three members are there to welcome you, they are also extremly guest friendly and perfect guide for walk.Just sit,relax, enjoy the nature and rejuvenate yourself.

Wonderful stay

A Excellence Home Stay. Villa is awesome. Owners Mr & Mrs Pradhan hospitality was out of this world. Dr Kaushalya ji was of great help when one of my friends fell sick. Very kind and generous.
The ambiance of the villa is mind blowing. Food is like home food. Very flexible and accommodative. 
Well maintained Villa and garden. The silence of the place is killing. We fell in love with Burpeepal.
Strongly recommend this property.
If you are a pet lover they have three awesome dogs who are very friendly. 
Would love to visit again.

A very good property.

Burpeepal Cottage was one of the best discoveries on our trip to Sikkim. A beautiful homestay surrounded by the hills, every part of it, from the lawn to the rooms are designed aesthetically. You can hear the sound of the river that flows near the homestay. Every meal here was a grand feast. The people here are too sweet. They are friendly and helpful. But it’s the three adorable dogs – Bhaloo, Jolly and Dora who take the cake. If you take the trail to the river, Bhaloo, Dora and Jolly accompany you through the jungle and get you back to the homestay. Lazing with the dogs in the huge lawn was the best time spent here. We were 6 friends who spent our 31st December in Burpeepal by the bonfire. 2020 ended beautifully for us.
