I had a room booked for my family and me at this hotel on the 30th of April 2018. Before we could reach the hotel, we called and confirmed abut our arrival and our rooms and we were assured that everything is fine over the phone. However, after we reached the hotel, the person at the reception tells us that all the rooms are booked and they do not have any rooms available. We had booked this hotel via makemytrip, paid the entire amount and even had printed confirmations about the same and still we were denied a room. What surprised us is that we were not the only ones, there was another family who had booked a room via booking.com, had printed confirmations with them and were in the same soup as we were. Thanks to the support team of makemytrip who then got us moved to a better hotel and assured us that strict action would be taken against the hotel and its owner.

After what we experienced here, I would recommend no one to book a room at this hotel.
