2048 reviewsUpset, that this institution of Madras and Chennai closed so unceremoniously. A thanks to the wonderful team there who looked after this on those final days. The wonderful concierge team get a beyond special mention. Mr Balaji whose effervescent face and smile made my day and the rest of the team whose names I am unable to remember. The security staff. The reception team. A shout out to Aditi Sen, Monish, Sakshi just to name a few. Happy memories have come to a close with the closure of Crowne Plaza, Park Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Adyar Gate. The many incarnations of which I have visited since it opened in 1981. Fare well to the team. I hope to see you all again elsewhere on my travels.
