We booked this lodge specially for Christmas in Goa.
But the lodge service is pathetic... It is winter season and the hotel has no hot water provison neither the solar system works properly. Called the receptionist Mr. Samson,he said if the sun is bright hot water will come. Just tell me Mr. Owner at 3p.m. how much bright the sun should be .. no hot water at all continuously for 3 days. We had to shower using cold water. On calling Samson he said talk to owner but the owner's behaviour is so arrogant he didn't even bother to respond. He is only greedy for money as if he has no responsibility towards his valued customer. We had no other option so we had booked this hotel. Will never recommend for anybody to stay here and will never visit again. If you do not value your customer better you stop this service.

Terrible service

This is our 2nd time stay in Albenjho, and again it was very peaceful, comfortable and nice stay. The room was very neat and clean and maintained well, room service is also very good, we felt as at our home. Owner's approach with us was very friendly and cooperative. Definitely We would like to stay again.

Overall very good experience

Location- 5 mins walked to calangute beach. Service - was excellent, specially service boy 'Babu' was very helpful. Rooms were clean and have necessary facilities with Greenery outside. We were allocated open terrace rooms. Daily cleaning was done. Every thing was good. Book in advance for best price even in December we get at very low price.

Awesome

Room was very neat and clean. Excellent services over there. From the guest house visiting places of north goa was very nearby. 
Owner and staff were very Kind and helpful..we loved to live in guest house.

Review of guest house

I visited this guest house 2nd time. Rooms are spacious. Owner is nice. Assistants are also helpful. They allow you to keep your luggage if you are going to visit some places after the checkout (it helps a lot). They don't charge extra like others if you check in early. Overall best experience.

Value for money

This is a v avg guesthouse. I paid rs 2k per night. Not worth it. Ac ws nt working properly ..thrs no provision of tea even. Location is avoidable. Its a v basic budget hotel. 5 mins walk from beach  but in middle of a market

Nice family managed guest house, clean and maintained. Owner in very nice, also the staff is very helpful. Location is amazing, Calangute beach is only approx 300 mtrs, market and restaurants all around the guest house

Neat place for rest

It's good to stay. It's near to the beach. Close to the market. Lots of good restaurants are there.taxi and auto stand are also nearby. Car rental are also available. Clean and good spacious room. Eminities are good. But bed sheet needs improvement. Our bed was little noisy. Receptionist required for at least 10 to 12 hrs constantly. Otherwise guest will be disappointed sometimes. Reception area need to be improved. At least one fan should be there. Service was good and locker room and washroom facilities are there. So overall it's a nice stay.

Good but need more improvement

I have stayed many times, very safe for single female traveller. Excellent family run guest house. Room clean and spacious, owner and staff friendly and helpful. Good location near to beach, restaurants and market. I will be returning next season
