16 reviewsWe booked this hotel only on the same day of the arrival. Our room was very quiet and clean. We had a big balcony facing to the garden. The place has a big parking place and the hotel is near to the railway station and to the lake. The breakfast place is approx 10 min walk from this villa in an other one (called Jókai Villa) but it was included in our price. The only negative this was the staff at the reception. When I booked on booking.com it was written that we can pay by credit card (I also checked this info on the website) but the lady said it is not possible because we stay in other villa not the main (Jókai)... She was very rude and unhelpful. During breakfast she was talking with the waitress from the breakfast so we needed to ask everything one by one (bread, eggs, juice, tea). The breakfast place was full but they just talking and talking in the reception about theire childs...Sorry but I paid for this service and there was no service ever, even bad one.. Because of them I do not want to go back to this place.
