We booked an apartment with tea kitchen. Unfortunately we did not have kitchen at all, only a fridge and a microwave were in the room, which made our days there a bit difficult with two toddlers.  Also we did not have table in the room where we could sit down for a meal, only place we could sit together was the terrace, where the temperatura was unbearable before 3pm due to that it is located in the sunny part of the building (must be nice in wintertime to have a cuppa there, we could not enjoy it much in August).
We got an enormous room with two king size bed. The room and bathroom was clean. 
The television was so tiny,  the kids had to sit very close to see the screen.
There were hand towels only in the bathroom, 4 for 4 persons and a mini soap, so if you fancy more than that bring your own. 
Wifi did not work in the room. We had to go to the terrace to use it. 
The room had a door which was shared with the next door apartment. Even though it was locked, it did not help that we had very loud neighbours,  and we could hear every sinle words. Also we could not block the light coming through the door glasses, which was uncomfortable in the middle of the night.
For the price we paid we were expecting a bit more than we got.
There is only one plus: the aircon, without it the temperature would have been unbearable.
