Nice room in Budapest for 2 persons, it was very warm, extremely hot water, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, close to shops, restaurants and a mall. Easy access, quiet location, and, since the streets are quite small and narrow, we also opted a parking place in the inside covered parking.

Pleasant stay in Budapest

We come almost every year and this was the first time we used an apartment. We were concerned about some reviews we had read about the place but we had a very positive experience. The staff was very helpful before and during our stay. We respected the flats and didn't have any problem, nor any unexpected surcharge. The flat was clean. Everything was very straight forward. The location was great.

Perfect

A nice cozy apartment with all the facilities one could ask for.  The staff was very helpful and polite.  Ideally located close to Metro, bus stop and shopping malls.  Super market was in the same building.  A host of multi cuisine restaurants just outside the apartment with delicious food was the icing on the cake.

Comfortable stay at Sun Resort Apartments

The rooms are huge and they're totally new. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walking from metro station, trams and buses. You can find anything you will need within steps, like supermarkets, kiosk, shopping mall, food, cafe... We totally loved the location. Safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and perfect location

Would definitely recommend. We had a 1 bedroom apart for 3 adults. I slept on sofa bed in lounge. Well appointed in a pedestrianised area with Lidl and restaurants on doorstep. Metro station just a few minutes walk away.  Very clean attractive apartment. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.Would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and has all the amenities. Located near a metro station. There are two entrances, take the one next to LIDL. However, you have to pay for the AC and safe. The one bedroom apartment was nice. No English Channels on the TV (or 2 or so).

Luxury apartments near shopping mall

We spent here a spring short vacarion with our 8 yo daughter.
Appartment we got was quite ok, no luxary but all functional. Building is nice and clean. Location of thw building was very good - it is in the pedestrian area and metro is very close, a lot of markets and caffes arround, and at the one end of the pedestrian is a small mall. For the visiting Budapast it was great. 

Location is great

Nice location with nice restaurants near by. Clean rooms quiet and calm. The beds are way to hard.
Right beside Corvin plaza. 
Not far to walk to the city.
A nice town to use the lime or the bike.
Don’t miss the Castillo and the stunning view.
A nice roof bar right above  Hard Rock Cafe 
Good communication with the buses.
Some nice retro stores also.

I stayed with family, on a hot summer day, in building A, on 8th floor, overlooking to a noisy street. We did not ask for the AC controller (deposit 20EUR), as we were told that the overnight cool breeze would be enough to refresh our room. Well, it was not.. We had to leave the window all night long, while the nearby bars, pubs were open, and guests were leaving even at around 2am. We did not have much sleep.
The room itself was generally clean. But if I looked at the back of the door in the bathroom, it was full of fingerprints. The bath/shower corner was strange coloured (mold??). The walls in the room were strangely stained in brown colour. 
Otherwise the room was small but comfortable size for pne night for the family. Bed was 180*200, and the sofa bed was comfortable for my kids of 10 and 13. 
We all had towels, there was plenty of toiletries, even though the supply was in the Tork supply (you know the soap supplied in open toilets for had wash..). 
Kitchen was well equipped. 
There was a safe in the room. 
The buildings where Sun Resort apartments are situated are clean, spacious, with elevators, in a recently renewed area of Budapest, with easy and relatively wuick access to city centre (by underground, bus or tram). 
Check in and out was quick, staff was helpful and very kind.
