I selected this hotel for a group of 26 travelers visiting Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras. The hotel is clean, safe, charming. The rooms are comfortable and cover all the needs. It has its own parking and restaurant which is very important. Customer service received from the staff and manger was beyond great. Every need we had, every new change we wanted, everything was covered by them. I highly recomend it if you are planning to visit beautiful colonial Rosa de Copan!

Amazing customer service and great hotel

I recently had a Missions Team stay at the Hotel and they were all impressed.  Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and good food.  They also provided a folk dance troup for our entertainment.  What a treat.  Another treat was that I had a flat tire and Alex one of the workers would not let me work on it.  He insisted on changing it himself.  We will be back!

Outstanding Service

We stayed here as a group of 23 people from different parts of the U.S. The rooms are very comfortable and large. For a double room, there were two separate bedrooms, with a small kitchenette and living room. 

There is also a great terrace with a view. 

The service in the restaurant was above and beyond and the wait staff attended to the groups needs fantastically! The staff also wouldn't let you carry your bag up or down the stairs. Thank you! 

Great hotel with fantastic service 

The staff is some of the nicest people ever. They carried our bags, no matter how heavy and they were always smiling. They charisma and happiness made my Missions Trip extremely enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and nice on the inside. The air conditioner worked great, but the shower went cold or off once or twice during the week. Other than that, everything was great, there was even Wifi. It was a great place to stay while doing evangelist work!

Great Staff and rooms

This is a quaint family-style hotel. The rooms are appropriately priced, and mine was an apartment style with kitchenette. breakfast was filling and fresh, and the staff courteous. Many do not speak English. The location is ideal for sightseeing. The walls are thin, so we heard the entire Zumba routine at the gym next door (great music, though!). You have to let the water run for a long time before it gets hot (but it does). 

The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
