Nice place to stay! Everything is close, good staff, good people). Stayed over there just couple of nights due to visiting of Tikal, and it was nice and smooth. Helpful staff and good atmosphere there!

Tikal Backpackers is a chill hostel to stay at in Flores.  There is opportunity to easily meet people, find a party to go out with, or chill on your own.  The staff are very helpful, the food is very good.  I would recommend waking up to get the free breakfast upstairs, 7:30-9 and eating on the roof terrace.  Nice way to start the morning.  Only complaint is the dorm rooms can get a bit crowded and the beds aren't the most comfortable, but it's a dorm room in a hostel in Guatemala.  Would recommend for chiller stay, easy to meet people, not as directly in line with the party as Los Amigos, but still able to have a good time.

Friendly helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, filtered water, food was great, lots of space to chill and a balcony in the dorm. Would recommend staying here during your visit at Flores and ask for Manuel

Clean, comfortable hostel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Nice bar and activities spaces - travelers from other hostels were coming here to hang out. Delicious food, too. I'm definitely staying here again. 

FYI - Don't use Jaguar Travel Agency (Servicios turismos en gran jaguar) - they sell fake bus tickets (it's in a yellow building on Calle Union - shuttle buses from out of town might drop you off there first).

Hostel is located quite very central in Flores. Nice staff giving useful information on tours and clubs in Flores. Nice sky bar. We had great company at the reception with Manuel and Nelson. Highly recommend to come here.

Hostel Yaxha is the best place to stay in Flores. Facilities are spotless clean, the beds are super comfy and the bar staff of Nelson and Manuel are by far the most energetic, motivated and fun barkeepers in Flores. Best place to sleep, relax and drink! Highly recommended!

a really comfortable place with big and clean rooms, delicious food, laundry and all of that in a great price. also the staff are nice and helpful especially Nelson,the reception guy that was kind, patient and helpful.

Though I didn't stay in the hotel, I did dine in the restaurant several times and I can say the food was excellent. Their burgers are quality and the fries were amazing too. Also enjoyed a few fruit smoothies that were delicious. The service there was great. I'd like to send out a thank you to Manuel particularly who helped us with advice on where to do and find things in the area. They also have a laundry service which we used and it was timely and affordable.

I am traveling with my two young kids and also a friend and her three kids. We each rented a private room. My friends had AC and mine had a very powerful ceiling fan. It was a hot time to travel, but we were both very comfortable at Hostel Yaxha. They hostel is really clean - with really nice bathrooms in the rooms. The food was REALLY good and we ended up eating there for most meals. The staff is AMAZING; so friendly and helpful with all that we were interested to see around Flores. 

Because we were traveling with kids, our group is a little chaotic and high energy. The staff was so kind to the children which allowed us to really be able to relax and enjoy our stay.
