Just arrived back from a  fantastic week away in this amazing hotel I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived till the moment I left they all work incredibly hard and nothing is to much trouble they no your name and and don't forget it I'd definitely recommend this hotel I will be going back hopefully next year 😎💥🍹

Fantastic family hosts with nothing no trouble from arranging the best vehicle hire to day trips. Lovely quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Clean apartment and fantastic food, speak to Katarina about her homemade desserts. Thank You for making us so welcome.



Fantastic family hosts.

A wonderful holiday here. This is a family owned and run place and the staff are very helpful and friendly. You are made to feel almost like one of the family. They offer room only or B&B or you can dine on an ad-hoc basis. And it's well worth it. Good food, decent wine and beer and reasonable prices. 
Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which, although not large, has sunbeds and sunshades for free as long as you are having a drink or food from the restaurant overlooking it. I will definitely be going back. Soon.

A gem of a place 

Our second visit to the Oniro/Dream Studios and again we were not disappointed.  The full family are on hand to make your stay a memorable one.  We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived, welcomed by Nikos on arrival and shown to our apartments.  
The rooms are spotless, the cleaners were amazing, looking after us daily and it was really appreciated.  The beds are soft, plenty pillows and fluffy white towels which were changed often.  The shower always provided hot water.  Self-catering equipment was provided, however we only use the fridge so cannot comment on anything else.
On site restaurant - we chose to eat breakfast from the menu and pay as we went rather than the buffet which suited us, with many choices and good price points.  We ate at the restaurant for lunch too and all food is well presented and of really good quality, again with a varied menu to suit all tastes.  
The pool area is well cared for, clean and spacious, plenty of sunbeds too.  
Area - Tragaki has seen huge development since our last visit which was nice to see, as there was also new restaurants near by.  A short taxi ride into Tsilivi for a range of many different restaurants, costs 10 euros.
We loved our break and felt like home to us very quickly, many thanks to Nikos and Kostas who made our stay perfect, we hope to be lucky enough to return again.  
If you are considering this area, 100% book the Oniro/Dream you will not be disappointed.

Spotless family run apartments with welcoming hosts

Wonderful family run hotel. All the family work so hard making sure everything is perfect. food very nice,comfortable beds lovely pool great location beach 10 mins away. Would definitely recommend to visit.

Beautiful location family run hotel

A lovely family run,  friendly and unpretentious hotel with everything you could ask for to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. When you arrive you get whisked off to your spacious, very clean and comfortable room, with clear instructions to help you settle in and an invite to the bar for a meet and greet. The family do all that they can to ensure you are happy, comfy and that you have all you need to have a good holiday. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Beautifully kept gardens and surroundings.  Lots of good advice on local amenities and hire information. Good homecooked food avaliable and snacks. Don't miss the Greek night. It's always a great  Greek night and the family always get involved in the dancing.  There are bus stops close by and 3 supermarkets, one of which is directly across the road.  Small sandy beaches within walking distances with restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean, and the balcony faces the gardens and pool area. The beds are comfortable. Showers are good, if a little small. Lots of hot water. Hairdryer and kettle provided.  Usual AC and safe hire if needed. Overall. I'd say the best small and friendly hotel, giving the most comfortable nights sleep and fantastic value for money. 
There are many people who come here year after year. There's a reason for that. It's good. It's friendly. It's comfortable.
Tip: avoid scraping chair noises by choosing an upstairs room

We stayed here for 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost courtesy. Suitcases taken from us and then shown to our rooms by Costa and asked to return to the bar when we were ready to enjoy a free drink and a chance to relax and hear about the Dream Studios. 
 Firstly, we agree with all the 5* reviews!! The place is immaculate! The owners and staff are amazing and take real pride in the cleanliness and the way the hotel is run. Nicos, his brother Costa, their mama and papa and their wives, Katarina and Eleni all work very hard here. 
The rooms are big and well stocked and are cleaned daily with fresh towels too. Really nice touch that on the balcony there are 2 small washing lines with pegs to hang your towels and beach stuff to dry. 
The gardens are beautiful! The pool area is immaculate and the pool itself is so clean! Nicos pride and joy!
Eleni is the chef...the food is AMAZING. And definitely make room for Katarinas pudding!!!! Her infamous cheesecake !! 
Breakfast was included in our package and the choice was extensive. Good all round continental breakfast and very filling. 
Don't miss the Friday night Greek Night!! Brilliant fun and fantastic food. 

This place is frequented by return guests. This is a good thing! It is so obvious why. An absolute gem!

Excellent Holiday!

If you’ve read ALL the reviews like I did and still aren’t sure, then let me reassure you that this place is everything and more that is being said.  My only concern before arriving was the amount of repeat visitors leaving me to expect a bit of a “clicky” environment and possibly feeling like outsiders, which would not have bothered us greatly as we are quite independent, however, this was definitely not the case; from the minute we arrived, at around 5pm, 2.5 hrs late, greeted at the taxi,  luggage taken for us, seated at a table, drinks provided, welcomed by Nikos and then joined by Costas who chatted with us, whilst giving us a full introduction to the services available and how everything worked at their Dream Studios, we have always been welcomed wherever we have stayed on any of the Greek Islands but this one was more personable.  Costas then helped take our luggage to our studio, opening the door and giving a quick but detailed overview before leaving us to settle in.  Rather than unpack we decided to meet with our 2 friends we were holidaying with and have our evening meal on site, we were not disappointed, fresh home cooked food bursting with flavours.  As we left to start unpacking I decided to ask if there were any more coat hangers I could loan for the duration, I don’t travel light and do like to make our base a home from home, it’s just the way I am lol.  Costas spoke to mama who went off and returned with a good amount of what I believe were hangers from her own supply, this was very pleasing and I made sure I returned them direct to mama on departure.

The studio - perfect, good size, great layout, loved having the sofa, which I easily angled and hid the suitcases behind, (did not want to be reminded of going home).  Everything worked, good shower & cubicle, water was always hot, fridge temperature cold and had an alarm if left open to long. Enough storage for our combined 45 kilos. I was aware the bathroom only has the one glass shelf, so I took a hanging  storage bag which had plenty of individual pockets for our toiletries, hung it on the outside of the shower, worked a treat.  Loved the balcony area and spent many a late evening drink in hand and many an early morning watching the sun come up with a nice coffee, every studio has a lovely view of the gardens.

Pool Area - fantastic and always spotless.  Guests  tended to have a mix of relaxing days on site as well as days out which meant there was always available sun beds and seating on the sofa areas for those that wanted shade.  

Pool Bar/ Restaurant - perfect, right by the pool area, always manned, iced glasses for cold drinks and guests were trusted to have drinks and food around the pool area without being served on/in plastic alternatives, nice touch.  Breakfast all fresh and very tasty, lunch/day menu again, made to order, fresh and full of flavours, evening menu deliciously mouthwatering, it was amazing how the the whole eating area changed in ambience from day to night. Again the entire area is spotless. 

Music - day and night, perfect, low background serene/gentle music can be heard, really does create the perfect relaxing environment. Probably why everyone is so respectful and have returned or plan to return.  I often sat on our balcony whilst guests were still dining and drinking but I never heard noise or felt disturbed.

Greek Night - if you’re thinking, I’ve been to many and they’re all the same, yes, it’s the traditional dancing, getting people up to join them, dancing around/on fire, but to me it’s always magical and this one is a little different for two reasons, firstly, the pride and effort in the home made food is not to be missed, delicious and plentiful,  and the second is watching the family doing traditional dancing, first it’s mama with her two daughter in laws and what a joy it is to see mama lose herself in the moment, dancing every step with such emotion makes you share it with her, and the girls are so nimble, you feel you get up and do it yourself (if only lol). Nikos & Costas join them, showing off their skills as well, great entertainment.  Great finale to the evening as well but I won’t spoil the surprise!!

The Family -
Nikos, totally switched on and tuned in to everything, you can be having a conversation with Nikos and feeling his full attention but this man has the ability to hone in on everything else going on around him and more so, if he needs to step in elsewhere you aren’t left feeling abandoned, he has the ability to look after everyone and everything at the same time, no one feels ignored. Perfect host.

Costas, takes pride in making sure you have a pleasant evening, we arrived back one night, Costas greeted us and when realising we were staying for a night cap but all the outside tables were occupied, he quickly set one up for us with no bother and still chatting away with his friendly banter; and he’s an expert making cocktails, exactly the same every time.  I was always a Piña Colada girl but have now been converted to the creamy but with a kick Volcano , how I could do with one now!!

Katerina & Eleni, so friendly, always smiling and always checking you are ok.

Mama & Papa, always smiling, greeting everyone from early morning to late evening, lovely couple.

The entire family are very attentive, helpful and friendly, they clearly understand what their guests need and not just make sure we have it, they give more, but never intrusive, they have the balance just right, no wonder people give 5 star reviews and return.

Location - so pleased we moved our booking during the Covid cancellations from Tsilivi to Tragaki, enough around within walking distance to satisfy those looking for a more relaxed Greek feeling holiday, whereas Tsilivi is close enough to venture in to without having to be around the noise of the karaoke & tribute bars that goes on in to the early hours.  Great base to explore any part of the island, Nikos or Costas are always willing to give advice

Would we stay at the Dream Studios again? YES, we would, our 12 days went by far too quick.

Lastly, thank you Nikos for the recommendations, even the man with the boat 😂 Thank you Costas for organising the birthday meal at the Taverna up the hill, and thank you to returning guest Nicky for recommending Sweet Revenge Taverna in Tsilivi, we went back for our final meal.

Just returned from a 10 night holiday. Absolutely fantastic! Such a great, friendly family who run The Dream. Nikos, Kostas and all the family are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great selection of food for breakfast. Fantastic fresh, home cooked food served during the day and evening. The studio’s bedrooms are kept immaculately clean, as are the gardens and pool area. Great selection of drinks at the bar, which opens up overlooking the pool. Small supermarket just over the road, and a larger one 5 minute walk away. We tried 3 restaurants near to the beach, which again is only a 5 minute walk away, and all were  great - special mention to Harmony which does amazing garlic mussels!  All were reasonably priced too. 
We had such a wonderful relaxing holiday, spending most of our days by the pool, where there were always plenty of sun beds. 
The Greek night is a must, where everyone gets involved.  
We don’t usually go back to the same place as like to visit different places, but we will definitely be making an exception and returning to The Dream Studios.

The Dream is Real. Perfect

Already missing this beautiful place and the wonderful family who run it.  Everyone so friendly who do their utmost to make your holiday so enjoyable ; especially Nicos and Kostas.  We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Fabulous family, who all work together providing lovely, clean facilities and accommodation, delicious home made food and a good selection for breakfast and behind the bar. The Greek night is also something not to be missed. Good location not far from the beach and nice restaurants and bars.  Would highly recommend this beautiful place to others and would also visit again.  Special thanks to Nicos for his help and information and to Kostas for his wit and humour always made us laugh.
