Everything was perfect! There is free parking, the room was big, the terrace was large and there was beautiful yard with playground for kids. The villa has perfect location because it is not in the center of Sarti which is a big advantage because it is not crowded, the air is fresh ( even in July), and it’s close enough( less that a couple of minutes with car) to the center. The room was very clean (they cleaned it everyday). 100% recommend!

Perfect located for us, near Sarti, with beautiful sea view, far enough from the crowded village, but close enough from tavernas and beaches. Surrounded by greenery, trees, flowers and tranquility, with parking places. Big room, comfortable bed, cleaning every day. Very kind owner. Everything was perfect, so we will definitely come back here in the future.

Amazing villa. We chose a studio at ground floor, very spacious with all amenities. Large garden with a little playground for children and large parking. Also nice view to the sea and Mount Athos. Alex is very attentive with all guests, offered us great tips about Sarti. The location also is perfect, away from the buzzing village, but close enough to walk to lots of tavernas and beach. I definitely recommend this location!

We simply fell in love with the setting, the people, the sea, everything was just perfect. We will surely return. An excellent address, an excellent stay. Such kindhearted owners. If you visit Platania house, ask for Lily!

This is one of those reviews that I almost feel sorry to write since I am afraid not to find availability at Platania house in the future. But, anyhow, I owe it to Alex, the owner, so, there we go:
Location - it was excellent for my needs, close enough to the city, but far enough to ensure quiet naps and night sleep. Close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sarti
Rooms - sea view, spotless clean (cleaned daily), everything seemed quite new inside, above average quality amenities. Rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated
Yard - well kept garden, with all facilities, including a barbecue, which I have not had the chance to use
The owner: friendly and helpful, excellent communication 

I will for sure return there in the future! 

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! The hosts and the stuff are truly nice people and pet friendly. They keep the place clean and organized all the time. Very well protected from mosquitos. Sheets and towels are changed every day.The rooms on the first and second floor have big balcony with sea view. There is a big yard, private parking lot and BBQ for the guests. Nearby is the Platania beach- quiet and sandy beach, perfect for a rest. I highly recommend this house.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms are big enough and you can cook. There is a private parking in hotel. Location is good, 4km away from sarti downtown. View of the room is very beautiful. I strongly advise it.

Very nice and modern rooms. Cleaning made every day. Very good location, close to the beach but far enough from the crowded Sarti. 

The owner, Mr.Alex, is an excellent host, allways tryin to make us feel comfortable, to answer our questions and to recomand the best options in the area. Great place to stay ! 

We would definitely come back here next time !
