Very nice location near the venetian castle!!!! Very quite place and very clean!!!! It have a very nice veranda with view in the sea and they serve free coffe every morning!!! Ms katerina the owner is always smiling and very good person and kind !!! And the rooms are big and renovated!!! The prices are cheap!!!

I really enjoyed the time I spent there and I tottally recommend. The people are really nice and make sure you have a good experience.The room was good as well as the location. If I ever return to Naxos I will stay there

Excellent 

I had a very small but clean studio/room.  Katarina was at the port when I arrived,she wasn't looking for me as I hadn't answered her e-mail (i don't have an I-Phone by choice). There was a table and 2 chairs in front of my door which led on the road in front of my room. I'd sit there and give instructions to the lost tourists of how to go here and there as the old town is a maze and everyone gets lost. Katharina gives her guest a free breakfast of either omelet or greek yoghurt, bread,butter,jam or honey plus tea or coffee.
The price of the studios is good, I paid 30 euros early june but finding them (I got lost the first 3 nights coming home ) and every other night had to help lost tourist find them. She should sign post the rooms .

very small but clean room

First of all, Katarina is a friendly person who welcomes you at your arrival by ferry, which is great... but after that, she is always in a rush and it is hard to ask question :(

But, my room wasn't ready (other customer stayed longer because their ferry was cancelled) so I got a very small room, no extra blanket, no information in the room about wifi. She told me that I would get an upgrade for my room for the next two other nights I was spending there.

Well, the upgraded room was not that great. The room looked to be cleaned very fast (some ferry ticket still under the bed). The room was noisy... I don't know what it was (plumbing or thing knoking on the roof), but it was hard to sleep well with that intermittent noise. Even the sound from adjacent rooms was easy to ear.

So even if the place is located in the old town of Naxos, I you prefer stay elsewhere the next time I will go there.

Not that good

You can't beat the price of this place, but you do pay dearly for it. If you like noise and aren't a private person, this is the place for you.  There are tables and chairs right outside the rooms and the noise travels. There is seating upstairs for breakfast also. The room we stayed in wasn't big enough for two people and when we asked to move, we were told it wasn't convenient by the owner,  However, on the last night we were asked to move to what we thought was another room in the same hotel.  We thought that it might be better as we had requested a larger room earlier.  However, we were taken to another place.  It was someone's private rental place and very claustrophobic.   It was larger, but very dark and no windows could be opened. It was even noisier than the hotel room we had stayed in with motorcycles going by at various times. The only good things about Bourgos Studios was the breakfast and the cleanliness. Won't be staying there again. I had been looking for a place to stay for my yearly trips to Naxos, but will never go back.

I chose this hotel, because it was cheap and i just needed to stay one nigt in Naxos. I stayed, paid throught Booking.com everything was like always. The room itselft was very small, old, acc not working and very confusing to find. After two days i left a review on Booking - 3. Then host saw my review she cancelled my booking charged me for 3 nights instead of 1, called me and said if i delete my review she will give money back for two nights. First she lied that i didint show up, after she lied that i stayed 3 nights instead of 1. So for this host is no problem to steal money from your credit card if you leave negative review. First time this happen to me, be careful with this property because this host has no conscience.

After negative review on booking.com i got charged for 3 nights instead of 1. Be careful people.

Arrived in a room that has nothing to do with photos on booking.com very basic and narrative on booking.com talked about amenities. These do not exist. When mentioned to host she told us to leave and find something else. Unbelievable. Do not book here really a bad experience!!!
