Horrible at times no water. The owner didn’t care his response was it happens to me too that’s not my problem shouldn’t be the problem of the guest just very uncaring about the money not about how the guest felt. If I were you I would stay elsewhere. I’ve had good experiences in other places I would not recommend this place no way no house. Very terrible experience. No food service no coffee no pool for the price you pay you could do better

Buyer beware stay somewhere else

Amazing/exceptional staff!! Best location(quiet and with just steps away from all main attractions), small but very comfortable rooms, amazing view from the shared verand(for all you romantics out there)! Parking space available (very important) !! 

Will visit and stay again!!

We stay two night and we pay 110 euro only room per Night
The room was miserable very small th wardrobe discarding and very very small 
The double bed was only 140cm impossible to sleep well two adults
The bathroom was no space in the shower was nothing to leave your soap or shampoo
And more look the photos 
You find much better and cheaper stays in Nafplio 

Very expensive and miserable pension

We stayed there for one night, while on a tour of the area. Very friendly and kind owners, excellent location. We were extra appreciative of the fact that we arrived near midnight due to a delay, and even though it’s a family business and didn’t have a night shift at the reception, they were very nice about it. Good deal overall!

Good value for money

I stayed for one night while visiting Nafplio. This is a well maintained, family owned lodging. Small, but has all that one needs. I had a room next to the outdoor patio, which had a spectacular view. The bed was comfortable and WC with a nice shower. There is a bar fridge with complimentary water, juice and biscuits. The family was friendly and available for any questions. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes when walking, as this is located at the top of the town and there are many stairs and uneven stones to navigate. It was great to wander the alleys and discover the magic of the town. There was plenty of parking nearby.

A well kept pension in an ideal location!

This is a great find. The price is very reasonable and worthwhile, the location is convenient and there is a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are extra pillows, blankets, and a refrigerator in each room which helps a lot. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and drink coffee and enjoy the view.

Helpful staff, very nice people and kind, helped us with our extra needs. 
Great view on neighborhood of Kanonia, high on Nafplio town and watching the endless sea and the port. 
The parking was a little bit of a problem, but we managed.

A nice stay.

Ok I have to keep in mind that I booked this last minute (same day) for one night. It cost 50 euros per night but this was during peak season at start of August. However although I dont expect much for 50 euros it really was not so good. The bed is like a french double bed. If you are traveling alone that's ok but for a couple it was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was loud but we had to keep it on to keep cool. Didn't sleep much all night. The bathroom was like a cupboard with shower curtain touching toilet.  Also parking is next to it, but it is a busy area so if you arrive at night it is impossible to find parking unless you are very lucky. However on the plus side the location is the best. Also view from a public seating area outside was very nice and the people were very kind and polite. For night night if you are ok to accept you will not sleep well, then its ok for location and price at last minute. It might be possible other rooms were better as photos looked better than our room.

not so great

Me and my friend came a bit earlier than a check-in time and the owner/host came down (he was eating his lunch at this time), smiling, showed us the room and let us in, without even checking my ID. Room was perfectly clean, bathroom not very big (OK, I am accusomed to budget hotels - so for me this bathroom actually WAS big ;) We spend three nights there and feeld comfortable. 
This is a pension, not a hotel, so there wasn't daily cleaning - during this three nighst our bathroom was cleaned once. And one small problem we had: there was no litter bin in the room. But the owner/hosts were really nice and I am sure, that if we had ask them, they would help us with this. 
Overall: good location, nicely decorated room, with clean bathroom, fridge, Wi-fi, AC and TV, great view from the balcony, hospitability and all this for a moderate price.
