112 reviewsThe Albatross apartments in Kefalos are extremely comfortable and very well maintained inside and out. They are situated in a truly special location overlooking the bay and a small picturesque harbour. We can’t praise this establishment and it’s staff enough. As I said it’s extremely comfortable and the setting is fabulous but it is the HARD WORKING, MOST WELCOMING, DEDICATED team of staff who made our stay a PERFECT EXPERIENCE and the place we can’t wait to return to in 2024. This is our eighth visit to Kefalos but our first stay at Albatross Studios. Being so close to the harbour and 2 beaches one Sandy the other a pebble and shingle beach is heaven and the weather and sea temp amazing for the end of October! The night we arrived we were greeted by Dimitri who was so welcoming, we were taken to our beautiful studio and Dimitri explained everything we needed to know to begin our holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily by Maria who is very friendly and provided great housekeeping during our stay the studio was always kept immaculate. Waking up the next morning to drink our coffee on the terrace which had a fantastic sea view and the morning sun was so so nice. Meeting Maria the manager and Chrysoula the next morning was a true pleasure, these two very hard working ladies gave efficient attentive hospitality to every guest throughout the day ALWAYS with a smile and kind word. Maria kept everything tip top with her great eye for detail she is a perfectionist wanting everything to be the best for her guests. Chrysoula is an amazing cook providing delicious food each dish presented beautifully. Breakfast / lunch / snacks, all very tasty, great price and served with a smile!! Have to mention the amazing cocktails served here too!!! A late afternoon cocktail (or two) overlooking the bay is paradise!! The Albatross team are a credit to this hotel and as the season comes to an end we wish you all well - See you next year!! xxx
