We have been going to Greece for well over 30 years and we say this is the best accommodation for the welcome and care, location and facilities we have stayed in.
Due to road works (installing new electric cables) Jet2 dropped us off at the traffic island but we were met by Sonia and husband and ferried down to Kallisti.  After what seemed a very long and boring transfer in the dark (near 2hours) it was a great relief to be met but as we were later to learn this is just the level of care and support you get from Sonia and her family.
The ground floor rooms (102 and 103) have one double and one single bed.  There is a balcony with a side sea view. They were well equipped with kettle, toaster etc though we ate out all the time so don’t know about the cooking equip but it looked as if you had everything you would need. There was even a mosquito plug in and a few inserts provided.  There were towels, tea towels which were changed regularly along with bed sheets. Bin emptied every day and room cleaned regularly. The bath rooms had an enclosed shower and a hook to hang up he shower. Liquid soap was provided as well as plenty of toilet rolls.
The safe was free as was the aircon though we only used it a little (at most a total of a couple of hours) even though it was very hot outside.
The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy on the balcony of 102 but adequate inside the room.
The attached café does a fair range of breakfasts, drinks and ice creams.  You can also get bottles of water from Sonia delivered to your door without the need for a trip to the supermarket. There is a selection of books to borrow in the bar.
Unfortunately, I had a medical incident at the end of our first week and had to be admitted to Kalamata hospital.  The help and advice of Sonia and her family in organising taxis etc was essential in navigating the health systems etc. They could not have done more than if they were family. We were so grateful they were there for us. We also had excellent help from the Jet2 rep with continuous contact and updates and offers to help.
For the return journey the minibus was able to pick us up outside Kallisti and only took just over an hour.
We were there for the first two weeks of June with Jet2 from Birmingham and have only just gotten around to writing this so I may have missed things so if anyone has questions, I would be happy to try and answer.

Sonia her family and staff are absolute diamonds. Can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. 
Rooms are clean and airy. 
Hotel is a stone throw from the beach. 
If you want back to basic greece visit finikounda.

Hotel kallisti

Currently staying here the rooms are clean and adequate with all self catering needs fridge freezer, kettle oven.  Clean and comfortable beds.  The staff are all fantastic nothing is to much trouble and any request is fulfilled immediately.  The location is in a great spot the town is idyllic and sea is great and safe for everyone, food and drink are very reasonable and my son loves the ice creams here the man will put anything and everything on top.  Will definitely be returning to this accommodation!

5 star review amazing staff and facilities

An enjoyable one week stay through Jet 2. Can also be booked independently. Warm welcome, clean and very well equipped with good storage space. Comfortable, but beds are very firm. Hot water depends on solar panels. Some drinks and snacks available out front.

Sea view apartment ideal in October, probably less so in mid-summer, though having both shutters and curtains, most of the direct sun could be excluded. Aircon at extra charge. Side SV rooms give SV only from the balcony.

Good location. Safe swimming from the beach in front, with some sand. Children might prefer the beach nearer to the harbour. There’s a kids’ playground next door. At the quieter end of Finikounda, but this means you’re closer to Loutsa (another good beach), by steep path and some road walking.

Simple and well-equipped

We stayed here in July for a week. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, in a great location and well equipped. 
It’s a 10 min walk into the village centre, just across the road from the beach and had lots of little touches to make your stay stress free. Really enjoyed our week there and would definitely recommend. 

Lovely accommodation 

We stayed here for 2 weeks we had a ground floor sea view. Well I equipped also a kettle and toaster very clean with good WiFi. Only 50 metres from the sea very close to tavernas. We were made very welcome by the owner Sonia and Mum and Dad. Would recommend.

Relaxation 

I have just returned from a week at these lovely studios. The rooms are very clean and spacious, lots of storage and in a great quiet location.  The studious have rooms facing the sea and all you can hear is the waves, beautiful.  The owner and staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It is the best 2 star accommodation I have ever stayed in.   Infact, it could be upgraded to a 3 star with a little effort.

4th stay at the  Kallisi.decent accommodation,dated, another great holiday.accommodation on the sea front at one end off the village,peaceful spot in this very Greek village.

Kallisi Finikounda

Stayed here for a week with jet2. Very friendly owners. Our apartment was well equipped on the side ground floor and apart from usual hard greek beds we were very comfortable. Close to beach and the village with its bars restaurants and shops. Would recommend.

Friendly owners

Stayed here for the first 2 weeks of September 2019.  We had a first floor, side sea view (down the side of the block overlooking the bungalows next door).  Lovely clean appartments, towels and bed linen changed regularly and of course the bins are emptied daily.  There is free WIFI should you require it.
There isn't a lift in the property, so cases need to be carried up the stairs.  Not a problem...but a note for anyone who would struggle to carry a case upstairs.

Warm friendly owners...Mama, Papa and grandson George (we didn't meet Sonia) who have a supply of bottled water to save you lugging it from the supermarket.

The accommodation is just a few meters from the beach, and a short stroll into the village.
