The hotel's price-quality ratio. 5 stars. The hotel is very quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves here, from families with children to young people who want to go to parties.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the dinners were very good (there could be a little more seafood). The hotel staff is very helpful. We had an accident with our rental car. The hotel manager talked to the owner of the rental car and instead of EUR 500, we only paid EUR 100 for the repair.
 The barman is great, awesome and gave us advice on planning the route around the island. Every day he asked us about attractions "Did you like the attractions I showed you?"

LOVE RHODES

After poor health which has affected me permanently, I managed to save my disability allowance up for over 2 years to have the holiday advertised from your site. Upon arrival at Evita Bay Rhodes we was shown to our room which was over the road away from the hotel and over grass/mud. It looked like a bomb site we got into the room which smelt like chemicals and paint the bathroom wasn't finished and wires hanging out of the wall. We straight away went back to reception and complained and they managed to give us another room this one wasn't much better there was wires hanging out again and patio doors were broken meaning we couldn't lock it the manager said they would sort it the following day which they did do after asking multiple times, but we had to spend the night with an unlocked door which worried us with leaving our belongings for anyone to take during the day. 

 mis advertised the whole hotel on the description on your site. It was stated they have a safe yet there wasn't one in the room they told us it hadn't been installed in the room. They also said there was daily animation, entertainment, pool table and a games console there was none of this we even asked the hotel manager who informed us they don't do that or have any of that and not sure why you have advertised it when it isn't there. This is false advertisement as we chose this hotel because you said that there was entertainment. 

The whole holiday was not relaxing one bit again like it said on the site as every day around 7:30/08:00 lorry's and vans turned up at the hotel and started building work opposite our room there was loud banging, machinery being used and it smelt like chemicals so we had to leave the hotel and go elsewhere as it was unbearable during the day. 

All of the food during breakfast, lunch and dinner was not named so we had no idea what we was eating and again due to my condition I was constantly on edge wondering if what I'm eating is going to affect me and it ended up doing just that I spend 2 days in the hotel room not able to leave it because of eating something I shouldn't of had. There was no special diet menu or options for children like you have advertised

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Evita bay is in a great location, right on the beach, not a far walk from falaraki centre. Room was always clean an tidy, although very basic. Food is TERRIBLE, we eat out every single day which was a shame as we paid for all inclusive. The all inclusive aspect of the hotel is very bad, one staff member at a time on at the beach bar which resulted in queing for drinks, to only be able to get 2 at a time, the drinks were also served in very small plastic cups. Absolutely zero entertainment on at night, so if you have children i 100% would not recommend this hotel.  Luckily, we didnt get moved to a different hotel, but met a number of people who did and there experience sounds shocking.  If it wasnt for the terrible food and lack of 'all inclusive' then this hotel would be right up there! This hotel should be rated 2* 

Not the best at all

we were given a room that was on a dirt track up a hill, with no view or any sunlight reaching the room at any point in the day. we paid £140 to upgrade our room to a pool view.
the reception staff were really kind and helpful, and the barman charles was very sweet and friendly too. the guests however, were not as friendly. i went with my partner (same sex couple) and recieved dirty looks, comments, stares, and laughter when we walked into the hotel restaurant, this made us feel quite unsafe/uneasy. 
we also had a large colony of ants right outside our door, which then started coming inside through a light switch after a cleaner sprayed bug spray outside. 
the food in the hotel isnt great either, there wasnt much of a variety and was mostly cold. unless you get the food as they bring it out, dont expect a warm meal. not much sweet options for dessert either. 
slightly unrelated, we lost our room key somewhere in the hotel, then when they gave us a replacement key, it didnt work, so we had to sleep with our room unlocked all night until they could call a locksmith the next day? thought that was weird 
the surrounding area is nice but we didnt feel comfortable spending much time in the hotel due to a number of reasons! 

overall, if youre a same sex couple, i wouldnt bother staying in this hotel

The room we were given on arrival was very disappointing, once flushed the cistern did not refill, we had to remove the cistern lid and refill manually, the bathroom was flooding every time we showered, we had a tree right outside our patio doors which completely blocked any view, after putting up with this for a day they agreed to move us to a swim up room (which we had to pay extra for). The reception is very basic as is the restaurant, food was very disappointing, we have stayed in numerous hotels in Faliraki/Kalithea and it was not the normal AI food, it was dismal. If you are expecting a four star you will be very disappointed, I would rate as a 2* and I am being generous, please avoid.

Not a 4*, more like a 2*

I was really worried after reading all the negative reviews and upon arrival in the middle of the night I was really hesitant as the reception area isn’t the most welcoming.  We arrived after thunderstorms and the room we stayed in the first night by reception was cold, dark, damp and smelly with rain coming through part of a wall.  After speaking to the manager he didn’t hesitate in moving us to a much better room in the new block with a pool directly in front.  Rooms are basic but it didn’t bother me.  No it’s not a 4 star hotel I’d say a good 3 star the staff are outstanding all really friendly.  We all enjoyed the food mainly due to us all being mums and not having to cook! If I had brought my children they wouldn’t of liked any of the food so it would of been an issue.  Great location right on the beach lovely walks.  Bus on the main road we went to Rhodes town day and night, the springs and Lindos.  We had a great holiday loved every minute thank you to the hotel staff who work really hard.  If you’re by the restaurant bring earplugs as the cockerel is very vocal at 5am!

Week away with friends

Location: couldn’t ask for a better spot in faliraki and right on the beach!

Food: was awful didn’t eat one full meal in the week we stayed there. Had to eat out for every meal not sure if it was because it was end of season but it was the same cheap horrible slop every time. They do not cater for everyone to the point there wasn’t even chips or pizza for fussy Kids/Adults.

Bar / Snacks: Soft drinks we’re vile knock-offs and honestly you couldn’t drink them. Sometimes had nice rolls for snacks but very hit and miss.

Room: very basic nothing special. Shower was freezing cold in the mornings from 06:30 through to 10:00. The shower would flood the entire bathroom and into the room. The wall and shower divide is to close to the toilet so once sat you couldn’t move your arms.

Not the hotels fault but next to the hotel is a bungalow with a dog that would bark all night and all morning as it was left out all night. 

I would return just for the location but it would be on a room only basis.

Not the best

A very simple hotel, no green plants, no pictures all kept in a friendly black/grey. It's actually uncomfortable that the rooms are just like the lobby and the restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms and hallways is poor (corners are not observed and stay uncleaned for days). Those who don't have big demands can be satisfied with food and drink. You'll always be satisfied enough! Unfortunately, there was no butter left for a week.

Holidays without high demands

If the hotel was a 2-3 star I would have rated it good, but for a 4 star I am expecting much more.

Few of my complaints:
Only 1 bar open past 10pm and both bars have VERY limited choices.
Shower enclosure is terrible and just leaves your floor soaking every time you use it.
Could have been cleaner in the rooms; I don't think our floor was swept once while we were there and there's no broom to do it yourself.
I personally thought the food although a tad repetitive was OK, but several in my group with special dietary requirements struggled. If you have fussy kids you will definitely struggle. One thing that did frustrate me was none of the food was labelled so you didn't know what the meat or sauce was in most cases.
Rooms were overbooked so we were unable to change when we were given an inappropriate room, so I ended up sleeping on a bunk bed meant for kids.
As they were overbooked, we could not get a late checkout either. We really needed the late checkout as our transfer was not till 7:45pm and there are no proper shower or changing facilities elsewhere in the hotel.
There is no secure area to leave your luggage; you have to leave them in the reception lobby or there are lockers you can pay extra for that will fit hand luggage only.
You had to pay extra to use the secure box in your room.
You have to pay a deposit for a beach towel.
No locks on the toilet doors poolside.
Small vanity thing, but a full length mirror would have been nice.

Some positives:
All the staff we encountered where very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of sun loungers and they are very comfortable.
Iron was available with small deposit.
Decent number of hangers for two people (~9)
Decent sized rooms
Despite having to double up the mattress on my bottom bunk bed, it was a relatively comfortable mattress.

Fantastic staff, but not a 4 star hotel

Let me give your the positives first. Location is great. On the beach lots of free   beds.  5 minute walk to the bus for the cheapest transport to Rhodes Old Town, Kathelina Springs (I will do another review for this) and a short walk to get the bus to Lindos. The Falaraki strip  bars, restaurants and shops is minutes away on foot. The hotel is spotless and the staff are all very nice and happy to help. Bed was comfy and the shower when warm (around 6pm) was great. AC was great on the hotter evening. 

The down side to this hotel is that is not a 4* hotel. The room is very basic. The shower is freezing in the morning. The food, OK so I had read some bad comments about the food so I thought I was prepared for the worst. We arrived on a Saturday at 3:05 food finished a 3pm so the receptionist advised to have food from the beach bar. This consisted of a not so cold fridge with ham and cheese rolls and a few apples that had been in direct sun all day. Environmental Health would have closed this down. We tried the dinner the fist evening g and ate out the rest of the week. Lunch was a lite better with a lot more salad options. Beer was loc and lovely, wine was like paint stripper. Tried a cocktail at the beach bar which wasn't too bad. 

This hotel should just pack up the food and do self-catering only. We got a good deal for the week but if people are relying on the food here I'd think again.

We had a great holiday but it wasn't  ecause of the hotel unfortunately 😕
