My husband and I have stayed at Manos Apartments several times now. It's the perfect place for us and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is great, just a short stroll to the many restaurants and tavernas. 
Just across the road is a small beach with the larger beach nearer to the village.
The pool area is great. The pool bar offers drinks & snacks throughout the day served by lovely staff.
Larraine , manager of the apartments is brilliant. She and her colleague goes above and beyond for all the guests. They work tirelessly keeping the apartments so clean. 
I would highly recommend Manos Apartments as I would staying in Elounda 😀

Second stay at these amazing apartments. Friendly staff and located right near a beach.
The rooms are spotless and equipped if you want to cook in the room. We didn’t as hotel food is very reasonably priced and all the local restaurants are well priced. Beach stony unless you go to the right so beach shoes a good idea.

Just returned from our second stay at Manos. The rooms are clean with a change of bedding and towels with bins emptied regularly.  All staff at Manos are cheerful and friendly as are most guests.  However, following an injury is where Larraine truly excelled in helping us solve any problems going above and beyond, enabling us to make the most of the rest of our holiday.  Looking forward to a future stay and would recommend these apartments to anyone.  Thanks again to all the staff at Manos.

I am just writing this on our last day staying at Manos Apartments. We have had the best holiday. After requesting a room with some sort of sea view for my wife’s birthday, Lorraine the manager did not disappoint and gave us the most gorgeous apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 balconies. With a partial sea view and views across to the hills it was breathtaking. We are not pool people so I cannot comment on these facilities, we just couldn’t wait to go to the most gorgeous beach across the road. The pool bar staff are so friendly and are always smiling and would especially like to mention to young lady who served us on most occasions, feel bad we didn’t get her name, she was so helpful and always asked how we were and recommended drinks. I had the full English breakfast a couple of times which was really tasty. The apartments are located only a 5 min stroll to the centre of Elounda where we would walk each evening for Greek restaurants. We have not had one bad meal and all of them have been so friendly. I cannot recommend Manos Apartments highly enough, from the great accommodation to the great staff to the best location.

I'm 67 and my good friend is 76. We two ladies of a certain age came to the Manos Appartments as we were looking for somewhere in Elounda, and this appeared to have just what we needed. 
Close to the town, clean appartments and offering a pool, poolside bar and food.
We arrived pretty late, closer to midnight than 11pm and were greeted by the fabulous Evgenia, a lovely, vivacious lady who works the bar from early evening to close.
On entering the appartment it was lovely and cool and clean. We entered into the kitchen diner. There was a fridge which had a small freezer box, two cooking rings, kettle and the usual cuttlery and crockery. We each had a twin bedroom with a private balcony each one complete with small table and chair. There was also a small terrace at the top of the external steps by the front door with a table and chairs. The bathroom was again spotless and, whilst somewhat small, the shower was perfect with plenty of lovely hot water. A large wardrobe / cupboard between the bedrooms provided more than enough hanging (plenty of hangers) and drawer space. It housed spare pillows, blankets, hairdryer and a small lockable safe.
In the morning, following a cuppa on the terrace we went down and ordered breakfast from the bar. They provide a simple but very good menu from 9am to 5pm daily. There are numerous areas to sit to enjoy your meal or drink. The pool is sun heated so it was somewhat bracing. I loved it though and thoroughly enjoyed bobbing about sitting on a spongy noodle in my sunglasses and sunhat. 
The appartments are an easy stroll away from the town, where you can find plenty of fabulous places to eat and drink. There are some excellent small supermarkets for purchasing anything you need for self-catering.

BEST THINGS
1. Evgenia, who runs the late afternoon to close bar. She is brilliant, warm and friendly,  speaks perfect English but enjoys encouraging you to get a grasp of basic Greek words, she enjoys a good joke and having a laugh and will happily give tips and recommendations  for your visit.
2. The cleaners who keep the appartments etc spick and span and regularly change your towels and sheets.
3. The bar staff who cook breakfasts and provide food and drinks throughout the day.

NOT SUCH GOOD THINGS
1. BREAKFAST - I have Coeliac Disease and one morning I decided to have the full English (I know, don't hate me), I provided my own bread and couldn't have the sausages. I was disappointed that I was still charged the full price. Most places, I'd have been offered extra bacon etc, or had a small reduction. I was a little saddened at this.

OVERALL - would I recommend staying here ... ABSOLUTELY YES


Just returned from a lovely stay at Manos Apartments. We arrived 2.30 am and our room number was displayed on a board. The room was typically Greek basic, but sufficient and clean. The grounds and pool area are spotless. We ate breakfast a few times at the pool bar and it was excellent. The food and service are really good. The pool was chilly but a nice atmosphere around the pool, and the pool bar. My only 'gripe' is that we weren't aware who to speak to at the apartments.  However, an enquiry at the pool bar led to us being introduced to the manager who was able to accommodate us keeping our room on for a few extra hours before our late evening pick up for the airport. Manos is ideally situated with a lovely beach side walk to bars and restaurants.  I'd recommend and would definitely stay at Manos again. 

Just love these apartments (so do so many other repeat guests). 
Perfect location, well kept, clean, friendly atmosphere. 
When we arrived (late evening) the lady who ran the bar was so helpful and friendly and the whole holiday she was so accommodating to everyone but respectful to all guests.
My Mum is in disabled but we find staying here is amazing, we just love being here.

It was our second visit to here and the first abroad holiday for our toddler. You all made it a very special time for him and created amazing memories for us as a family. We had a two week stay in Manos Apartments. We had been there three years ago with our family but this time it was just the two of us.  It is in a superb location, opposite the beach and a short walk to the town.  Our studio was clean and in a quiet part of the complex.  It was sparsely equipped but as we were eating out every evening it was adequate to our needs. The only grumble from us was that the balcony was very small.
The best thing about Manos is the staff.  Everyone was so friendly and helpful.  With only four of them there, Evgenia and George on the bar and Larraine and Aspasia cleaning,  they all  had to work really hardhat they always had time to talk to you and help out.  Thank you all so much.
