We have never visited Corfu before but booked last minute and definitely lucked out. Villa Petros is perfect. Small apartment very well equipped in the most serene location. The owners are so friendly and accommodating-the decor is fresh and modern and very clean. We could not have asked for anything better. There are three tavernas on the beautiful sandy beach which all served tasty reasonable meals however we hired a car to see a little of the beautiful north east coast so visited some very good restaurants. Taverna Agni is a gorgeous setting with very good meals-a little more expensive but worth the drive down a very steep hill!! The White House in Kalami restaurant also beautiful setting but we felt it was overpriced and service not very friendly. However we would strongly recommend Trilogia in Kassiopi-setting is perfect to watch the sunset-staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was gorgeous. Overall I would definitely recuse trip to north east Corfu.
