We stayed here here for 12 nights in March and couldn't have hoped to stay with anyone better.  Marios is so kind and helpful, and anything you want he will do his utmost to provide.  He greeted us on our arrival and insisted on carrying our cases up to our room (3 flights of steps) and when we left he made sure he knew the time we were leaving and arrived to carry our cases back down again.  Bed was super comfortable (so much so I'd have brought it home with me if I could). Lovely balcony where we could sit with a coffee and Metaxa in the evening too. If we ever get back to Aegina then we would definitely go back to stay with Marios.

Best Host in Aegina

This studio was very homely and comfortable. The balcony is lovely and the place was clean. The location is great! 5 min walk from the port and a road away from the main street in aegina. The owner was so lovely and also owns a business on the main street. Check out his tourist shop!

Good priced studio to stay

i had such a good time! i stayed there over weekend. the apartments are quite near the port and the seaside, there are super markets, stores, restaurants all around.
it was all tidy and i felt really comfortable.
the owner is so helpful and super kind! he made sure that i had everything i needed.
i definitely recommend this place!

really nice place near aegina port

We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the port. The rooms have AC, ceiling fan, fridge, tv and ensuite shower room. We were in room 6, which was top floor over looking the sea. Although it was nice to be on the front it was so noisy. I think every person in Aegina owns a motorbike. I did not get much sleep and was disturbed frequently. The owners are nice and helpful and lent us a little gas camping stove to use as a kettle. The rooms are more the adequate it's just a shame about the noise. We paid €157 for a 5 night stay which was enough to visit most of the island.

Great location 

The rooms are located in a very convenient spot in the town of Aegina. Close to everything you may need(stores,bars,bakery,taverns). Clean room, with free wi-fi. Super friendly, kind and helpful owners. I'll stay there again next time, for sure!

Friendly people & good location!

Friendly owner . We didn't take advantage of the offer to collect us from the ferry port as we had only hand luggage. It was easy to find anyway.
The room was on second floor and had small balcony over rooftops to the sea. We were travelling about so not wishing to eat in tavernas every night so requested the room with kitchen facilities . The cooker was good but no lid for pan no frying pan ,the crockery was poor when we asked for items we got them . 
The AC unit was very good cool and quiet at night. The shower and toilet was a wet room style, but it was a good size and the water in shower really hot. Location close to large supermarket 5 mins walk and close to harbour area / ferry /shops/ tavernas etc.

Good Location

I stayed here a short time ago; gorgeous simple studios with a tremendous view over the rooftops and out to sea, with Angistri and the mountains of the mainland in the distance.  Marios the owner/manager was charming and very helpful.  Five minutes' walk from charming Panagitsa Beach for excellent swimming (would be vg for kids as sheltered and not deep), ten to fifteen minutes to the centre of Aegina Town (NB NOT Agia Marina despite what the header says!), twenty to the interesting little archaeological site on Cape Kolonna.  Big balcony where I could just sit and paint the view all day!  Slightly eccentric bathroom of room 6 was up a couple of steps, with a rather low door; mind your head if you're tall.  Aegina is a great little town and I would recommend the Captain's Rooms to anyone!
