We stayed four nights in an economy room on 2nd floor, which had a nice balcony with fantastic view over mountains and village. The room was very clean and the beds were firm and comfortable for us. We asked for additional pillows which was fulfilled by the hotel. WiFi worked excellent in the room as well as in other areas of the hotel. Our room was small but practical with no extras. Staff was polite and service oriented with good command of English as well as German. Breakfast was rich and varied from day to day, which is both positive and negative. The hotel is well situated for hiking in the area and you can easily reach the hotel without car. The bus stops just outside the hotel.
