I can recommend to contact the hotel directly by email to book - less expensive than by third parties and quite responsive. The service was really excellent and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids in a room and the room was spacious, the beds perfectly firm and a little balcon to enjoy a quiet evening. The location is great if you want to stay away from the City over night and enjoy a calm morning. You are downtown by S-Bahn in 25 minutes and the service is very reliable. The rooms do not have AC - which is common in Germany. If you happen to come to Munich during a heat wave, this may not be the best location if it affects you.
