We stayed in Lo Praz condus for 7 nights.
The location is great if you are traveling all around Annecy, Aix Les Bain. 
The Zimmer is very nice, clean and there is a nice backyard and garden. 
We would like to to thank especially the owner, Veronique, who made our staying so lovely. She speaks English and recommended us where to go and what to do. She has a lot of information and knowledge about the area and best places to visit. She serves tasty Haout Savoy cakes in the morning breakfast. 
The price is very good and this place is a great Value For Money for families or couples who love to travels and need good place in the middle of Annecy and Aix les bain. 
Thank you Veronique, we enjoyed our staying very much!!!

Traveling in Annecy area

Verny nice short stay in B&B, Friendly owner ,clean and  good Breakfast.
The room we had at the street side was great and have a nice view. The beds are good and and a very  good bathroom. Every thing was clean and friendly owner.
WIFI was free. Its an ery nice place to stay for short trips and a loley nature,
Annecy is with the car 10 mintues !!

The service we experienced was very good.Veronique and her husband were very friendly and helpfull.
The room was very nice ,comfortable,clean and with beatiful view .
Located 20 minutes from Annecy at the foot of the Semnoz mountain,surounded by beautiful landscape.
