Aurelia

Booked for a weeks cycling around Saint-Lary-Soulan. Family run hotel, very clean and well maintained, the room was a decent enough standard and all furnishings were in good order. There is a basement bike storage area which is locked at night(security isn't really a concern in this area). The family who run the hotel are very pleasant and helpful people - a really lovely team. The highlight though is the food, I was on a half board deal and every evening was like an episode of masterchef - different menu every evening, cooked to perfection, beautifully presented with a real bit of pride and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending the Aurelia and have every intention of revisiting myself at some point in the not too distant future.
