Lovely room with a skylight, good service and the place feels secure. Location is far from glamorous but it is near the train station and thus rather convenient.

simple and clean room, good French breakfast, very short connection to main station.
Everything was fine, but air ventilation in room not sufficient for fast drying and fresh air in room.
I can recommend if you are looking for a simple, safe and clean hotel.

Simple, yet clean rooms, nice staff

We only had a one night stay but our experience was excellent from checking in to checking out. Friendly staff and the room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. We were offered a bottle of cold water each on arrival which was welcome on a hot day. Soft towels and toiletries were provided in the room and even though we were at the front of the hotel overlooking the road we didn't hear any noise.

Actually really nice, and friendly staff who let us eat our own food in their cafe. Upgraded at no costs, lovely clean room. Thanks

BEWARE: This hotel will force you to leave your room key EVERYTIME you leave the premises. That is a big no-no for me especially as a solo traveler during this stay. Horrible experience with the French guy (young) during check-in. He didn't speak English nor Spanish and he was bothered that I didn't speak French. He was the rudest French person I encountered from Calais to Paris to Toulouse. When I kindly asked him why I had to leave my key with Google translate, he was visibly irritated and I asked him to please be patient with me because I wanted to understand why I couldn't leave my key. He wrote through Google translate that it was because we were in the area of the train station (right across from the hotel) and because I didn't need it. So I just gave up  on trying to keep my key. There is no safe in the room. The room is so small along with the shower. The water was splashing out and there's only a small shower curtain. There was also construction as early as 8am for which the nice lady at the check in counter (when I checked out) apologized for but it was very loud. And at 6AM I could hear everything the personnel were doing downstairs in the lobby. It was not a good experience at all. And it's heartbreaking because I paid more for this place than my other option because it had better reviews. You will be able to hear anything and everything going on in the other rooms and hallway. There is a place to have some clothes but nothing much offered for storage.

Forced me to leave my room key when not in my room

2 night stay in Toulouse am so pleased to find this place. Airport shuttle leaves you right outside the door. Location is brilliant for walking round the city(or cycling or scooter). It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, free wifi with bkfst option. The family who run it are a real bonus and 24hr desk. Perfect.

Does not look as good as it really is from the outside as it is inside.  A little gem.

Budget hotel located very close to the train station (less than 5 min walk). Fairly quiet.
For the price paid, no frills expected. Small room, very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Small desk area. Sufficient number of power jacks.
Tiny bathroom and shower.  So little space around the toilet that you elbow the wall. Shower with good water pressure.
Decent wifi. Friendly staff.
A few caveats:
- No elevator; a narrow steep staircase with more than ten steps leads to the upper level; very difficult to negotiate with heavy luggage, although the staff helped.
- No AC; a desk fan is provided. It wasn't an issue in late September,  but it's likely a problem in summer.
