I booked this chalet with the intention of going in a motorcycle trip through the col iseran. the col was told was closed by the french authorities and i asked the chalet owner a month in advance to refund me. he did only half. i do not recommend to stay here unless you are desperate to help thieves rob you money.

My family (2 adults and 2 boys aged 11 & 14) stayed here last week with two other families with children aged between 8 & 15 (12 of us in total). The chalet exceeded our expectations from the pictures and information online - Beautiful old building, beautifully renovated to a high standard. The property is quirky with low ceilings in places, which didn’t bother me being 6ft 1, and added to the character! 

The location was perfect - the gondola, cash point, ski hire shop, pub, restaurants and bars all virtually on the door step!!

Our hosts Stan & Nicole were fantastic. From the moment we arrived after a very long tiring journey, to the moment we left.  They kept us extremely well fed and watered. Breakfast choices were varied and set us up perfectly for a day on the slopes. After returning from the slopes, we were always pleased to see a tasty cake waiting for us, with tea’s, coffee, beer or wine to help ourselves to as well. 

We could also chose our preferred times for breakfast and our evening meals, and our hosts were always happy to accommodate! 

The evening meals consisted of three courses, with locally sourced produce and local signature dishes. Stan & Nicole always talked us through each course after serving. Every meal was beautifully presented and the empty plates after each meal speak for themselves!! 

This was the first experience of a catered chalet for us, and we would definitely recommend Chalet Ariane for groups of families and friends.

Chalet Colettine (Chalet Ariane)

Superb location, ski-in/ski out. Excellent chalet. We were very impressed with the chalet, food and the service. This chalet is just 20 m from the lifts and pistes and you can call it ski-in/ski-out. Chalet Colettine is a traditional old Tignes farmhous, which underwent a huge transformation, with a complete and beautiful renovation. It retains its original charm by the use of local wood and stone, with sections dating back to the 17th century, but also offers a modern and stylish home-from-home. The chalet is decorated to a high quality finish throughout. The lounge and dining area is spacious and delightful. The chalet hosts were very friendly and very professional, with excellent knowledge of the resort.

We just got back from our trip to Tignes les Brevieres, and our stay at Chalet Bonjour-Colettine and we had the most amazing stay. 

The chalet was beautiful and the location was just incredible, it's literally a 30 second walk to the lifts. All the restaurants and bars are very close by and they are great, La Boudia (next door) is amazing. Plus take your swim stuff because there's a spa a few doors up that charges just ‎€12 to use their facilities, including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna etc. 

The food was just phenomenal and so delicious, arriving in resort to a Sunday roast was a pretty amazing touch. The cakes and pastries were out of this world. It was amazing to have sausage, bacon and eggs in the morning too. 

Our room was just awesome, it was so quiet and cosy. It was dubbed the hobbit hole because it had a little hobbit door for an entrance. But behind that little door is the most awesome of rooms, plus it's the only room with direct access to the back garden. 

We really had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful chalet. Both our hosts, Theo and Poppy were so lovely, helpful and friendly. 

We are looking at coming back to Tignes/Val D'isere in the future and we will be using Ski Bonjour again.

I would recommend them to all my family and friends who plan to visit that area.

Amazing chalet, great location and incredible food.

If you're hesitating about booking this chalet then DON'T! The pictures do not do this beautiful chalet justice. We had the whole chalet for 9 people and so it was great having a spare room to put all our bits and pieces in for the mornings skiing. If there was 12 people here it would be very "cosy"!
It is a very short walk to the lift which takes you up to a blue or red run down in to Tignes Le lac and from here you can access the whole area with ease.
Theo (host) and Poppy (chef) are a total credit to Ski Bonjour and went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and well fed....we have stayed in catered chalets before and none of them have come near to Poppys culinary skills. She pleased all of us every meal and accommodated the children with ease. Theo answered all our questions quickly and efficiently even when we phoned him in the day as we had forgotten the code to get back in to the chalet! They both had a great sense of humour and joined in with our nightly presentations at dinner....we have some great photos to prove it! At all times the were polite, happy and professional.
The rooms are warm and cosy and there was always plenty of hot water for baths and showers.
We had a great time over New Year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chalet and ski bonjour for a great holiday.
