Casa Martini

A gem on walking distance (30 mins) from Bonifacio harbor. Beautiful garden with swimming pool, clean and large rooms with everything you need (also a fridge). The owner and his beautiful daughter were very friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to swim at night (recommended). There's also a large parking space if you go by car. Breakfast is also available in a relaxed setting. 

Our stay at Casa Martini was a very pleasant surprise. Altough located near a busy road, we arrived at a charming chambre d'hôte in a nice green setting. The room was impeccable and even had a couch with an extra retractable bed, which turned out to be very comfortable. Each room has its own terrace, toilet and bathroom. There is a shared pool for those who'd like to take a dip. Downtown Bonifacio is just a 20 min walk. The owners are very friendly and the place is very affordable and well maintained. 

Very nice accommodation with a nice terasse and an incredible pool! Very good breakfast and nice hosts. Close to the city center of you have a car, 30 min walk otherwise.

Just few minutes from Bonifacio and beaches. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, clean. The garden and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast is great. The best of all is the host, helpful, friendly, he gave us a warm welcome, a lot of information and he made us feel special, thank you:)

We arrived at 3 pm as planned with the owner.  We were very warmly greeted and shown our 2 rooms - one facing east and parking, the other facing west and gardens.  A couple of onsite cats were entertaining too!  Marius arranged transportation for us to return our rental car at the somewhat inconvenient location of Figari airport; driver arrived on the minute planned.  Same driver took us to the ferry port next morning early, and again was spot on time.
Marius makes a very good fresh fruit salad with the expanded continental breakfast.
Sadly, we did not have warm enough weather to enjoy the beautiful pool. 
Rooms include mini-fridge which are very convenient when on Corsican road trips.
Only thing we would change is for a bigger garbage can in the room-how small an issue is that?

Fell in love with this place the minute we arrived. Friendly welcome from our hosts. The room was perfect and the so comfy. Loved the peaceful setting of the gardens and pool - very relaxing after a busy day out. It is fairly easy to walk to town but would recommend having your own transport as there is no local bus service and taxis are few and far between. We hired a scooter in town - great way to get about. A fabulous holiday made all the more enjoyable by our stay here. Ten out of ten for Casa Martini!

We were greeted warmly by Marius, who was very friendly and gave us a lot of info about things tot do every day. The breakfast was good, but not really special. The room was nice and clean. Everyday there came someone to make up the beds and clean the shower and such. The pool was amazing, very quiet and really relaxing.

Nice room and very friendly owner

Placed away from the noise, 3 km away from the city and somehow difficult to find (watch the panels...but they are not very visible!). Small pool (not accessible early in the morning), rooms are quite big, with a small terrace in front, you can also enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable, the flush on the toilet was broken and TV not working properly. Breakfast included on the price, not bad. Free parking. Considering the high price, conditions needs improvement.
