Great location, the heart of the Tartu old town. Bars and restaurants are just near. Apartment provided with everything you need during staying.Cozy and nice interior. Possibility to use upper terrace for morning coffee or late wine. Pets friendly!

Nice and clean apartments

Very nice, comfortable and stylish apartments in the heart of Tartu. A lot of small details such as coffee machine, water, coffee milk made the stay more enjoyable. The location is wonderful,restaurants are just around the corner.

The apartment was great for the 3 of us. This was our first trip to Estonia and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and even accommodated our late arrival and did so with a smile and chocolates. The city is beautiful and the central location of the apartments made it so easy to get out and see things. Thank you for an amazing trip!  Even if we completely over packed!

Awesome

We needed somewhere for an extended stay, and Konrad Apartments filled the bill.  We had a small one bedroom apartment, but the space was well laid out and usable.  The full kitchen was very useful, and we bought food for our own breakfasts.  The staff were most willing to please and meet our wishes, including coffee pods and help with a couple of kitchen quirks.  

It's generally a very quiet location opening as it does onto an inner courtyard and not the potentially busy pedestrian streets outside.

Excellent Accommodation

Located in the heart of Tartu - perfect central location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. Well decorated new apartment, comfort bed, warm and attentive service, friendly staff. Kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Konrad Mägi's paintings in the reception and apartment are amazing :)

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The location is probably the most central in town, and the apartments are modern, clean and well-equipped. Great value for money for a family holiday.

Modern and well-equipped apartments in the centre of Tartu’s old town

We spent two nights in a nice flat in Tartu. The price was very reasonable for the experience. The flat was clean, spacious, light and comfortable. A special care had been taken for children; we could have a baby cot, a special char for a child, and all the plugs were covered. There was a TV set with a video player and many videos also for children. The kitchen corner had all necessary facilities for cooking and eating. The flat had two bedroom and one living room with the kitchen + a hall, and it was perfect for two families. The little pleasant surprise was chocolates Estonia 100 :). The only difficulty was that our flat was on the second floor and carrying a pram there wasn't the easiest task.

A nice flat for a family

I do not say this often but everything was perfect. The location could hardly be better, its located in the old town near the university building. The staff was super friendly. We were traveling with 2 small children and we got sweets for the kids from the company. I sent a very late request (just a few hours before we checked-in) that we would like to have a crib for one child and it was there when we arrived. The apartment was a big studio with a bedroom that had a glass wall and a sliding door. The kitchen had everything, we cooked our breakfast there for 2 mornings. TV, digibox, a DVD-player, tons of DVDs, wifi etc. Everything was there what you need. We are definitely staying there again when we are in Tartu and we already recommended it for our friends.

2 night stay with family

This is nice place to be with kid(s), as You have separated bedroom and if needed well equipped kitchenette. One room has even own terrace, witch is great feature in summer.
You have AC, but this is located so (at least in one room), that bedroom could be bit hot.
Service is excellent and location!
