Wow. Where do I start with this hotel? Hotel: big, beautiful, grande, luxury, clean, modern, tidy, aesthetic vibes Staff: super friendly, really attentive to your needs. Constantly checking you are okay and have everything you need. Mohammed the lifeguard making our beds at the pool, giving me fresh flowers every day. Pool bar staff Mohammed and hassam especially. Always remember your drinks. Fast and quick service. Oh and I can’t forget essam at the safari lobby - how sweet and kind he is. Food: you won’t get bored, plenty to offer in the Al a cartes and especially the buffet. My favourite food - I can’t even pick one meal. It was all amazing and good quality. Entertainment: not usually something I watch but quite good and entertaining. Location: next to the beach, not too far from the airport. Not much to really do excursion wise a few things but I went to chill so I didn’t do too much. Rooms: hotel rooms were gorgeous. Separate wardrobe area. Big balcony. Overlooking the main pools like wow. We don’t have children but definitely kid friendly, kids pool and kids club! Gym 24-7 - wow what a fantastic facility and not to forget the spa wow. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling.
