Lovely Hotel and beautiful beach is just across the street. My room was spacious and clean. I had the Continental Breakfast, it was very good and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I’ll definitely return

The hotel is obviously not 5 stars. But quality vs price is really good. For 4 people at 1 room is only 100 dollars including breakfast. The view from the restaurant is all you need. Absolutely I would come back again. The staff is very nice and the security guy at night take care of us while we were at the beach under the moonlight and the stars taking a bottle of wine. I would give 5 stars just because of quality vs price. PS: this is the view from the restaurant.

Good for the price

This hotel is a reasonable value, very safe and comfortable, and on the beach.  If you don't mind a bit of "quaint" and want good value, this is the place for you.  If you need **** or *****, look elsewhere.  The hotel was clean and quiet.  The pool is very well maintained and the grounds impeccable.  There is secure parking and a small restaurant associated with the hotel.  Breakfast is basic, and is included in the room price.  There are cooking supplies n the room.  The staff is attentive ad willing to help - though often slow in actually helping.  We had a two bedroom unit and were on the outside - therefore overlooking the beach.  That was great - most units are further from the water and face each other across the well maintained courtyard.  A reasonable value - we got a 25% discount.  Hotel has wifi in the rooms, by the pool and on the beach.

A very good two-to-three star aparta hotel.

It's a great hotel with good value! I have been here 2 years in a row, and i liked it there. Close to city area , but still good quiet place! I recommend the top rooms with yakuza, this is great one with perfect view!

Nice hotel by the sea

NIce location, just cross the street and you are at the beach. Rooms a a bit dated but are clean. The rooms are kept clean, but the best feature of the hotel is the staff and how nice the treat you. 
The breakfast is disgusting with the same toasted bread and too sad eggs, everyday of your stay, the same sad breakfast,

Oh my!
We rented a two bedroom apartment. And one bedroom unit from 1/2-4. We were eating alive. The first night we dint think of any but the second night we part of our group were bitten. Management must know about this because how could they NOT. Two diff rooms! Come on!

Other than that breakfast service was slow, we felt as if we weren’t paying for the included breakfast. 

NO HOT WATER. I know is the Caribbean and it’s mostly warm climate but when you take a shower you would like your water to be at least luke warm. Specially for the young children we had in our party... we asked on day one, on day three still NO warm water.
I had to boil and ask for a bucket to mix and shower the kids.

I would not come back! 

Stay away - BED BUGS

We did not have the change to even chek-in since they offer parking space and they don't have any....

Terrible service!

My reservation was for 5 days  my first day was so terrible because the bed was very poor  no hot water  I was crazy the next day I spoke to the owner in she transfer me for 1 floor  better bed but no hot water any time always something is going to be reaped never the day before my last day. They never communicate to me that if they take the power out for almost 5 hours I supposed to be on the dinner at 7 PM. I end up taking a shower with a water they provide me a gallon the owner she’s good the lady who work at the front desk she doesn’t care nothing she’s being more time talking with all the people and being her phone. Nothing else you told her something and she said OK nothing else it was really bad the honest she tried because she’s a very simple person but she try figure out problem and repair the problem but the end nothing was better. I take a shower I was sick and I request hot water several time my star is 2 The reason why I rented there because when you go see the front you can see the beach it’s nice, but the service and the communication is really bad. The bed is not very comfortable. You can feeling all the matter in your back.

Poor service

Great location / beach front and nice pool. Beware of the rooms at the back of the property. The room had mosquitos, missing tiles on the shower, toilet with stains & shower with rust... The property is nice but ensure the room details before booking. Some have Ac some not. My booking had breakfast during the booking; which they did not honor.
