Royaltybed Copenhagen

My mate and I were warmly greeted by the owner for our two-night stay and informed of all the locations we'd perhaps like to see before chatting. The owner is lovely and extremely understanding and welcoming which makes a change from staying in larger hotels. The rooms, 3 on a basement-level floor, are all very neat and clean and share a small but well-equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms, both of which were very clean. There is also a nice little garden with patio area and barbecue perfect for drinking beer or eating outside. Our room was well lit and ventilated with lots of storage space and for the low price was perfect for us on a travelling budget. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area of Vanlose (which we felt comfortable walking around late at night) and an easy ride on the metro takes you to the centre of Copenhagen. There are supermarkets nearby, along with a pharmacy and local bakery. This meant that to avoid Copenhagen restaurant prices it was possible to buy and cook food in the communal kitchen. Overall this hotel is amazing for stays if you enjoy walking and learning about local culture etc. It's cheap but clean and friendly and we were even kindly offered pastries on our departure by the lovely owner! I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short-stay in the city. Thankyou very much!
