We really loved this B and B and the neighbourhood. We had room 5 for 5 nights. It was very spacious and beautifully appointed. Great view to the street, cafes etc on 1 side a lovely courtyard view on the other. Room 5 is right next door to the shared bathroom which was great but we had no issues with the sharing of the bathroom over our stay anyway. Great shower, free coffee - machine or plunger and teas. Nice room to drink coffee in with lovely biscuits also free. There is also a book swap in this room with titles in a number of languages. The area is so nice with many lovely restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast vouchers which can be purchased for 80kr can be used at 3 cafes close by - we frequented Cafe Wilder (open from 9am) and Sweet Treat (open at 7.30) - both were lovely with a very tasty and varied breakfast. We walked into the centre and to all attractions every day. We also walked to central station (about 25 mins - very straightforward walk) but Bus 2A and 9A from the end of the street also take you there. Can not recommend highly enough. One thing to note - there is no lift and the stairs are steep which didn't bother us at all. 

A wonderful place to stay

We were on the top floor which included a small patio with a great view of a little courtyard and also the surrounding area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space itself was perfect for my husband and I. The bathroom was one floor down but it worked perfect. The B&B itself was beautifully done and extremely clean. 

Helle, the owner, was very nice and provided us with great information about the area. The surrounding area of the B&B was really nice with a beautiful canal a block away and great restaurants. We were close to everything yet not in the heart of all the downtown tourist craziness.

Wonderful B&B with Perfect Location

I stayed here for 2 nights, easy to get to, 5 minutes walk from the underground, 15 minutes walk to Copenhagen city centre. A choice of restaurants nearby, host very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the shared bathrooms, I suppose you get what you pay for. Otherwise, no complaints. 

Cosy, great location.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Copenhagen.  It was a nice spot close to the rail way and really if you wanted to walk to all the sights you could.
    Our room was at the top and was clean and comfortable.  There is no television, which I could care less about and the bathroom was down a flight of stairs...which might be a little scary in the middle of the night if one had to go! My only complaint really was that there was no trash can in our room...not one. So I went down three flights of stairs to the kitchen and used that trash can! Lol! Really liked the option of buying breakfast through the inn keeper...ate across the street it was delicious!

Nice little spot!

I booked this place online because of its location, for a visit this week to Copenhagen, where my son is studying abroad this semester. It is across the street from his residence in one of the nicer areas of the city. Also, I wanted a different kind of travel experience from staying in an Americanized hotel. If you're looking for on site amenities or extreme customer service, this is not the place for you.  Spartan experience for someone not looking to hang out in a hotel. The proprietor is very friendly and very accommodating, but there is no on-site management 24/7. There are only five rooms in the building, and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are fine - good water pressure and clean, the rooms are clean, and no room is more than one floor away from a bathroom.  The rooms are small but comfortable with a bed and desk. No TVs in the rooms. For a small fee, you can get vouchers for breakfast at places all within a short distance - two of them were literally across the street.  All were good. There is a galley kitchen on the second floor with an adjacent dining room, and coffee machines. The owner provides bottled water and all the coffee and tea you would like to drink. Traveling solo, none of this mattered to me.  It was a good stay, and just what I needed.  Location location location!
