It's in Vrbovec, not in Konice, the location in the map here is wrong, it's confusing. 
The staff was friendly and helpful, free parking, we only had to pay extra 3.50€ each for breakfast, which was nice. They have a restaurant and a bar and apparently great homemade pizzas which we didn't try unfortunately. 
The price for the room is a bit too much, as our room didn't have a promised fridge and it only had two tiny windows (1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom), the big window was facing the corridor (inside of the house), therefore it had to be shut with curtains closed at all times, it was extremely noisy from all the neighbours with kids and very hot to sleep. It didn't say or show anywhere that the room will have no windows. The water in the shower was hot or cold, never consistent. 

It's okay 

This is small penzion with reastaurant and home made pizza. We stayed there with the family just one night. This penzion is traditional Czech quality penzion. Equipment is not new and some of them broken. Quality of the restaurant is good, pizza is very tasty. Special locking place for your bikes. Warmly recommended for cyclist. Playgrounds for kids.
