It was indeed a pleasant and comfortable stay. Check in was quick and efficient. Front office Staff is well trained and helpful. They helped me. Room was ok and comfortable. Hotel is located in a nice location. with Bus not very far. You can be in 25 minutes in the center of Prague All in all a very pleasant stay.

First of all, it is necessary to clarify that this is not a hotel, it is more like a hostel or students' dormitory. I have been staying here for a few months already, and I should say that up to now this is my worst accommodation experience.
If you come here and stay for a few days, it may be a suitable option. But if you have to live here for a long period of time, be prepared to face problems which nobody will help you to solve. The biggest issue for me here is the absence of the internet. It's been off for almost a month already! Every time I ask at the reception when it will be fixed, I get just two answers: either 'today or tomorrow ' or  'we don't know'. Come on guys, do we really have to wait for a month for the internet to be fixed? 
Next issue is cooking. The kitchen on my floor is always dirty, so every time I want to cook, I first have to clean what people have cooked before me.
I really don't like to write bad comments, but if you have to stay in Prague for quite a long time, choose some other place, there are plenty options for a similar price but with fewer problems.
