We very much enjoyed our stay here. The pension is simple and a great no-frills place to stay. Our room was spacious and bright, with a nice balcony and tons of space. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the center of town. We thought it was a great value for the price. 

One tip - must pay for the room in cash when you arrive -- so be prepared for that! 

The best part of our stay was the owner - a delightful Italian man who was incredibly friendly and engaging. We really enjoyed chatting with him about Cesky Krumlov. He was a terrific host.

Comfortable, simple room in Cesky Krumlov

Garibaldi was overall a decent stay. It is very close to the centre and where everything is happening in Krumlov; less than 5 minutes walking and we were into the village. Host was friendly and welcoming upon arrival but throughout the stay he was not always accomodating nor flexible with things we needed help with/asked about. Would definitely recommend bringing your own bath towels as this place's were absurdly tiny (even your own toilet paper as the bathroom can be shared between 3 groups and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice). 
-bed was comfy, place was easy to find and 10 minutes walk from bus station. 
- host refused to let us leave our bags with him for an hour while we collected some breakfast after check out time, which was disappointing as practically every other place I have ever stayed has not 'batted an eye' at such a request. 
All that in mind, the service provided was, mostly, in line with the price we were paying. Over all, a satisfactory stay for a few nights if you plan to be out all the time and aren't looking for anything flashy. 

Get what you pay dor

We chose this pension from booking.com. But the pictures are far far better than the reality. The beds are ok and the bedroom is very small but ok. But the bathroom is terrible and dirty. Very old shower and no curtain. And the bathroom smells bad because of the toilet wich is not clean. 
The pension owner is nice but not really interested. Sleep here and leave the key.  
On the picture on booking it shows a kitchen. But it isnt here. Maybe its from an appartment. But our room has nothing but a table. 
We understand we paid a low price to be in a touristic area. But feel the information about the pension was presented wrong. Making it look much better and more luxe then the reality.
