We went there for a wedding. The bride and groom where nice enough to reserve us  stay at this hotel. When we came there the hotel staff told us there are no available rooms with air conditioning since they are not working in some rooms. Since it was 37.C that was not really nice, and our friends did pay for us room with air conditioning. The room is not nice, everything is quite old, and we got towels that were not clean. It was very disappointing experience.

Not proffesional , and not nice accomodation

It is not hotel first of all. It more like a cheap hostel.

I would not recommend staying here unless you are really desperate, which might happen to you, if you like me and my friends are booking accomodation only  week in advance :)

Rooms were not cleaned properly and no one came to clean the day after, to make a bed, to change towels...the explanation was-"we didnt had time".

For 80 EUR per night you really expect more. 

Zadar is amazing place, and if you have an opportunity just-go!!!

And be aware there are three Albin hotels!!:)

uz dužno poštovanje prema vašim godinama i iskustvu u turizmu, Vaš je hotel Albin Dva ruglo za hrvatski turizam. Svatko tko prespava u Vašem hotelu ima razloga osjećati se prevareno, jer ono što nudite za cijenu koju naplaćujete jest zaista nesrazmjerno.

Doručak je očajan (dali može biti jeftinije?) a činjenica da se sobe ne čiste i ne spremaju za vrijeme boravka gosta u sobi je neprihvatljiva. Također Vaše obračunavanje s zaposlenima pred očima gostiju je ponižavajuće za svakoga tko se zatekne tamo.

Snizite cijene ili poboljšajte uslugu.

How can this "hotel" have three stars?!

We booked the Albin 2 as a group, fairly last minute - hence at the time, relatively, the 80 Euro per room, per night seemed OK - as Zadar was in peak season.   The pictures of the hotel do tend to give an impression of a hotel, whereas actually, its more like a hostel for its facilities.  Whilst the rooms are adequate, and some have balconies (not all)  the hotel lacks such items such an Iron, beer / bar, shampoo / soap, daily / decent cleaning of rooms.   The breakfast was terrible - some fruit, crappy coffee, cheap processed cheese and ham, orange cordial (weak) cheap yogurt, if you were lucky, hard boiled eggs.  Our toilet did not flush properly - and others in the group had problems with the cleanliness of the room (old socks left around)  All that said, it was a low end hotel - hence, you cannot expect too much.  Another person in the group complained about said socks left in the room - and they received a 5% discount.  The owner, Mr Albin himself, stated that he would take the money from the cleaners wages.  We did stay an extra night, and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchen for the same price - so this goes in their favour.  That said, the cooker did not work, nor the dishwasher - and their were no hangers in either of the two wardrobes.  The toilet worked well though!  The TV's are tiny, and most rooms have 2 channels.  It appears that Mr Albin is blissfully unaware of the state of his hotel, compared to others of this century.  He does proudly disply a Tripadvisor sticker in his window - however, I doubt he has read the reviews - considering the slating he has received.  Stay if you have nowhere else to stay.

Cheap and not so cheerful.......

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We were the only guests staying in this fairly big hotel, the staff left at 5pm telling us they would return in the morning. After our evening meal we returned to the empty hotel to find it crawling with cockroaches, we had to leave at 1am to find somewhere clean to stay. My husband and I have travelled a lot and neither of us have ever experienced anything like this before, thankfully. Our advice to future guests; stay away.

In short - probably the worst hotel i have ever visited. This place should have half a star, not three.

In few words - the place is generally not so clean, rooms are full of mosquitoes and breakfast is awful, almost non-existent.
