Excellent location for the residential apartment Racic.
Jasmine great host met us and showed is all amenities.

We had a fully working kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 

Kitchen equipped with big refrigerator, two ringed cooker and big work top. Table and chair with enough space. Sofa acts as another bed.

Bathroom including shower and window ventilation. Washing machine with limited cleaning products.

Bedroom very comfortable. Power points close to bed. Safe. Balcony with clothes horse and seating facing the sea/harbour.

Very clean and comfortable.

Only downside is for disabled or hard of walking to get up several steps to property.

Location is 1min walk to cafe restaurant bars harbour jetty 

Lovely stay with jasmine...

The one bedroom apartment is simple and very clean . We stayed 4 days and enjoyed every minute. Perfect to get to restaurants and beach to swim very close to marina to we watched boats come in. The owner is very nice and available for help if needed. The view and balcony was amazing. We will be returning.

Great stay

The location for this apartment could not be better. Overlooking the sea and a stone's throw from a small pebbled beach at the end of the ferry pier.

The apartment itself is spotless and very well kitted out with premium products and has a 'new' feel throughout. The shower was powerful and the hot water never ran out. The terrace is extremely large and has sun lounger as well as a table, chair and clothes drier. There are two air conditioning units as well as a motorised awning to give you shade on the terrace when needed. It is a lovely apartment all round.

The gift of a bottle of wine from our host was lovely and the communication with her pre the stay was very good.  The only problem that we had was the noise from the adjacent apartment (also rented out as part of the same property). When both apartments are rented out its very hard to have a private conversation. Our neighbours wanted to party with little consideration and loud music and swearing made it difficult at times to enjoy the terrace. We reported this a couple of times to our host but it was really left to us to sort if we wanted. We felt that it was not our role to manage other guests and some better house rules might be needed. Apart from this privacy issue we really loved the apartment.

Some tips when staying here:

- Very few places in Bol are more than a five minute walk. As well as the small beach practically under the apartment there is the utterly lovely Kotlina beach which is to your left when leaving the apartment. Nestled next to the monestry this a great hidden gem which in many respects we preferred to the busier zlatni rat beach. The restaurant adjacent to the beach provides good food in a romantic setting.

- If you get the chance when at Kotlina beach go up the stairs to above the beach to see the outside of the old abandoned hotel nicknamed 'the white house' after the US building of the same name. Both built from rock from Bol. Originally owned by the Dominican monks from the monestry on the adjacent headland it was originally a school. It was later confiscated by the communist party and turned into a hotel. This hotel also spurred the growth of tourism to the island. The last guest stayed here in 1991 and has been abandoned since with a legal battle between the Dominican church and the local government over ownership. Whilst crumbling and likely dangerous inside there is some amazing grafetti on the outside.

- For those who enjoy Italian food pizzeria Topolino in the centre of Bol provides good food and typical large portions. They also do a carry out if you prefer to eat on the terrace.

Great location

This place is so good that we just enjoyed one whole day just sitting in the balcony and enjoyed the sea view. Very closer to Bol city center. This place is located in quite place by sea side. You can hear the sea waves hitting the walls from your balcony. You can watch small boats passing by in the sea. The rooms were very tidy and you get all you need for your stay.You have a nice kitchen with all utensils, dish washer etc. There are many restaurants near by and grocery store is just 100 meters away. There is no parking for this hotel as such but  you can find public parking just 50 meters away. You will get the parking spaces most of the time otherwise you can get parking in 200 meters.We booked two bed room house and both bed rooms are spacious. The lady of the house is very nice and she can speak little bit of English.  As many other travelers mentioned, the photos don't do enough justice to the hotel rooms. Out of two bed rooms, only one bed room is open to the balcony where you can have nice views. So bit of compromise there, but the balcony is accessible from the living room.You can walk to Zlatni Rat beach from this place.Go for it and you wont regret it.

Just Amazing

The apartment was great, even better of what you see in the photos, It was so clean it seems that it was the first time someone was living there. The owners welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable and an extra plus for to blankets with sheets in the bed. the towels were big and soft. all you need you find in this apartment. Near to everything,supermarket,bakery beach,harbour,busstation taxiboats etc. The owners were great and friendly. They even came up with a cake and wine on my husbands birthday.

The balcony was small but lovely with a great view, We sat there a lot. The only thing we can complain about is the balcony chairs. They could have been more comfortable.

Great Place

Second stay at this beautifully appointed apartment. Well equipped with everything you need, spotlessly clean, spacious and very homely. The location is excellent, at the heart of Bol, just yards away from the restaurants and harbour. The balcony gets the sun all day, so if the weather is good you don't even have to leave the apartment to get a tan. The picturesque monastery beach is about two hundred yards away, where you can enjoy a drink at the seafront Ribarska bar and restaurant. Jaska, the hostess of House Racic is a lovely lady and always on hand if you need anything, one of the best hosts we have ever had. House racic has everything you need for a truly relaxing break, perfect accommodation, great location and in Jaska, the most welcoming of hosts. We will be back again next year. Highly recommended!

Wonderful 2-bed apartment with spectacular view of sea and Bol harbour.
Very well equipped and beautifully decorated.
Two large double bedrooms, lovely lounge and fully functioning kitchen.
30 second walk to marina, but quiet at night.
Very highly recommended, but good luck finding it if you are driving! Free public parking just 50m away.
