Had a four day stay at this establishment and was great, reasonably appointed furnishings, clean spacious double bedroom with a balcony and air conditioning.  Room was cleaned daily.    It's difficult to understate the helpfulness of the owner, Elvina, who really made an effort to make my stay comfortable. She's a native Italian speaker and though her English is limited, she will always help.

Only negative I can think of, is that if you're if you've reduced mobility, it's a quarter of an hour walk into the town centre of Rovinj but that's really, really pushing it 95% of people shouldn't find this a problem!  Overall a great place to stay and I hope this review gets the proprietor more of the business she deserves.
