I and six other students studying in Europe for the summer decided to stay in Rovinj for a few days, and Villa Oscar was perfect in every way for our 3 night stay. The owner even met us in the harbor upon our arrival via a ferry from Venice, and was extremely welcoming and kind. She gave us a little tour around the city on our way to Villa Oscar, which is located 2 minutes from the main harbor in the middle of charming Old Town. Perfect location to get out of the more busy streets of the harbor and into the authentic and historical Old Town. 

We rented out 3 of the 4 apartments, and all were extremely nice and spacious, complete with air conditioning and plenty of beds. The management was very kind to us and helped us get around town with fabulous recommendations of restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches, and activities. I would highly recommend Villa Oscar to both students and families who are looking for an affordable and incredibly centrally located place to stay in Rovinj for a few days or an extended period of time. Everything was perfect! 

Absolute Perfection!

This place is middle of old town Rovinj. What can i say more. It doesn`t get better than that. A narrow picturesque alley...super romantic...like a movie scenes... we shot 1000 photos of the old town. We loved everything. And Villa Oscar is a genuine part of old town and staying in such a place is an experience and not just a place to stay over night at. I will post some photos so you can see more how it looks like. It is an old Venetian building, recently renovated. The owner was most helpful and even found a free parking for us, which was a big help. Also he allowed us to stay longer that we originally booked. We were very happy to be able to stay at Villa Oscar. Would love to stay there next time we visit Rovinj.

Awesome location

My wife and I find Villa Oscar a great location in the middle of the Old Town Rovinj. It is very close to the Buffet Trevisol for breakfast and a morning bath in the sea. Friendly and sweet host who always made sure we had clean towels and bed sheets. Mattress a little on the hard side but ok. Pillows are rather gigantic but soft. We have stayed here several times before including on the top floor apartment where you also get a roof terrace with a great view. Some of the rooms have clothlines outside the window that crosses the street in typical Italian movie style. Felt really at home. The stairs to the rooms are rather steep and narrow so no place for disabled people

Charming small hotel in the Old Town Rovinj

We stayed only one night at this sweet apartment. We were leaving for Venice on the ferry and it was a perfect location for an early exit. It was a bit difficult to find Villa Oscar arriving after dark so ask for good directions. The room was spotless and we really wished we could stay longer. Next time we will!!!
