Marjia our host welcomed us with a drink which was an excellent start to what was a lovely stay.

The room was basic but clean, the fridge allowed us to store our own food and the bathroom was compact but ideal.

We needed a bottle opener at one point and borrowed one from her parents, who helped us straight away.

Only grumble would be that the AC was broken but apparently this was factored in our room price.

Great Value and Friendly

Maria was a sweet hostess and started us off with a family schnapps(?). The room was efficient, clean and convenient for hiking in Mljet National Park. Just a quick 3 minutes up the street from the Park entrance this place is handy whether walking to Pomena or taking the bus. The mother in law was also very accommodating when we purchased some meats and cheeses for lunch. She brought us plates, knives, etc to use at their family table in the screen room. Nights were quiet. Rooms were comfortable.

Good location for Mljet National Park, friendly and clean

We were welcomed with a small local drink and shown to our room by Maria the daughter in law of the owners. All the family live at the property although you wouldn’t know this. The apartments were in a very good location, 5 mins walk from the ferry port at Polace.
The accommodation is very very clean, towels are provided. Although our room was very small there were larger rooms which were airy.
The property has one major drawback, there is no air con
We stayed in a room with a double bed, we were hoping for a twin and almost melted. Unless you think you can sleep without air con, which we couldn’t I would avoid this property.
We had booked for two night but only stayed one just because lack of air con
The property is extremely cheap, this is the reason there is no air con.
Everything else was adorable .
