This was the second time our party of six (two adults, a senior and three teens)  stayed here, and thoroughly enjoyed the host family's hospitality. Our immaculately kept 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment had an amazing view of the Bay of Sipan, and all the modern amenities you would expect (including the free WIFI). There's plenty of room for a big group, as well as enough privacy, if desired. The house is two minutes, uphill, from the ferry, one of the two local convenience stores and the closest coffee shop.

Prime location, great hosts

We stayed in this apartment (there are others) which has 3 bedrooms, lounge with kitchen and stunning terrace overlooking the bay.  Very convenient location close to the ferry. Sipanska Luka is a very quiet tree-lined fishing/sailing port with two highly rated fish restaurants. Family run-business with friendly attention. The family's main residence is very close by.    
Suitable for the active family or similar group of friends. 
Access is by upward path and steps.
