The owner and his family are extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again as we pass through San Jose.

Excellent place to stay overnight before we headed over to La Fortuna next morning.  Edward picked us up from the airport, we used his rental car service and dropped us off to the airport.  Breakfast was yummy and we can't thank Edward and Familia enough for their hospitality.

Our stay was wonderful, upon arrival, we were met by our host Edward who kindly explained everything to us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Edward kicked our trip off to a great start! As a single mom traveler I worried about a lot but Edward is amazing. He picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night. His place is close to the airport, it is clean, and has A/C. He even rented us a car! It’s nice and 4x4. I’m so grateful I found Edward.

The room was beautiful and Edward was so kind and helpful. He happily shuttled us from Avis when we dropped off our rental car, and to the airport at 3 in the morning.

We are here for one night short stay for catching the earlier morning flight. It is only 4 minutes driving to the airport. Very clean and cute place. Edward is very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful property owned by a wonderful family!  Extremely clean unit equipped with everything you need for comfort.  I have already booked my next stay!  Absolutely a 10/10 experience.

This property was nice and close to the airport and what we were looking for. It seemed to be a fantastic price for what it is. The reason I cannot give it five stars is because they charged me $30 extra for bringing my youngest daughter with us, and failed to even tell me that they were doing so until I saw the credit card charge.  I feel bad because they were really nice people and the property was convenient. Keep in mind, we didn’t get a different room or anything. There was plenty of space for our daughter to sleep on the futon, but I guess because we had an extra person, they just charged us more. That was disappointing, but as long as you know that going into it, which we didn’t…. Maybe you won’t be as surprised as we were. They have pride in their property and they do a good job with this rental, so overall, we were OK with everything.
