3 reviewsI stayed at Nico's during a business trip, as other colleagues had recommended it due to its proximity to the company's facilities and the Airport (in a city like Bogota, with such a crowded traffic, this is key). Run by its owners, maybe it does not have the sumptuousity of an international hotel, but if you are looking for a place with dedicated and personalized service, homemade meals and the feeling of being just like at home while abroad, this is your choice. The owner - a former director from the Oil & Gas industry who spent years traveling - made use of all his experience from previous trips to know exactly what to offer to someone in a situation similar to his. He'll pick you up at the airport and be your first friend (knowing the importance of having someone you can trust in a foreign place), show you the city if you'd like to and make all the arrangements for you (meals, logistics, everything). Once at the hotel, he'll give you a cellphone with a pre-paid local line for you to be in contact everywhere, 24h a day! Just perfect. The rooms are very confortable, too. I stayed at cabin #1, which is for singles (there are bigger ones for more people), with a nice kitchen and even a private sauna. Very quiet during the night, a good sleep is guaranteed. Very clean, well mantained, with usual services like WiFi, cable-TV, etc working perfectly fine.
