Stayed here for six days. Location is great and very convenient. Room was adequate though backed into reception and the dining area. It was at times noisey with staff chattering and music playing. Found staff pleasant but off hand. Breakfast included is what it is, not much.
Again great location, average facilities.

It's OK!

The hostel is nice, well located and cheap. Unfortunately:
- there was no hot water during the two days that we stayed there, we could only take super cold shower;
- the manager is rude and will not help you with anything;

Cheap but intermittent hot water and rude staff

1. We reserved a double room with private bathroom for 2 nights and arrived at about 8.30pm from the airport to be told we could only have a double room with shared bathroom as the other room was taken and booked over a week ago (highlighting their mismanagement or intentional use of double booking)

2. The rooms are all very close to reception; and music and people including staff stayed there until 10.30pm talking, drinking and being loud right outside our door (I don't believe 10.30 to be an unacceptable time to socialise but there is no escape for those who want to sleep here)

3. We thought that was the end of the loud noise.  But no. Until after 1am in the morning 2 guests were still out side our room talking and laughing loudly and watching videos on loud.

It is sad that this pretty hostal hasn't taken on board previous comments about noise and double booking rooms. 

The repeated nature of multiple reviews highlighting the double booking only clarifies that this is an intentionally deceptive method of hooking people into this hostal that otherwise would not have stayed. 

Disappointing - you won't get the room you book

Great location and cheap price but the breakfast was really not good so we ended up going out to have one. The beds are ok in the dorm but wrapped with plastic so noisy..there's only 2 showers and they are not cleaned everyday. Staff was rude and told them to let our backpacks in the bathroom area for the day as they have no storage. I have asked if it was still sure and the answer from the tenant was "we are making you a favor keeping your bags"....i would recommend another hostep for sure.

Very average hostel

We stayed 2 nights here and then moved to another hostel in Bogota because it was so bad. The mattress and pillows were covered in plastic making the bed really uncomfortable. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust in the room. The room smelled very musty! The shower was cold and the hostel was very noisy.
All the rooms surround the common areas and so you can hear everything. The staff and friends watched the football here and continued there party into the night. This meant the place was very noisy when we had a nap in the day (we were very tired from our travels prior to Bogota) and then I asked when the music would be turned off that night at 11:30pm. Other guests would talk very loudly in the mornings waking us up before 7am. 
The wifi was ok but worked better in the common areas. The breakfast was ok - just. 1 egg omelette and a small bun with hot chocolate. Better than nothing but very basic. 
The location is very good for day graffiti tours and markets, but not very nice to walk around in at night.
