I booked a room for four nights through an online booking agency, and intimated in my booking that I will be arriving late. When I got there they said my booking was cancelled and that I will have to settle for a smaller room with a much higher rent for the first night, and a lesser rent (which was still more than the original one) for the next three nights. Tired of a whole day's travel and feeling alien I had to accept their terms. The biggest problem was that the staff couldn't understand English. The day of my departure I asked them to keep my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they told me they'll charge money! I showed them on the back of the luggage storage slip that I was privileged to keep my stuff free of charge until the next day. The guy then called someone over the phone and then agreed to keep my stuff there. Overall I was quite pleased to leave the place. Avoid it if you can.
